Brentwood Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

Avi was amazing and great to say the least. She spent a great amount of time making sure my teeth were taken care of. She did a thorough job and made my mouth feel brand new. She’s an amazing worker. She deserves praise and a raise!

I have been told I need a crown and it will be done the same day and I noticed they keep putting jell to my tooth for measuring my tooth and no one bother telling me that their machine was shut down they you usually good .. and they put temporary crown I have to ask all questions what I can do and not instead of inform me . I have been hurting and. Decided to take a Tylenol. I ask the front desk and kind a give me attitude saying it’s not on their hand if the machine suddenly broke .At least they inform me for staying total if 2:30 hours .. Love to say my dentist same one

Let me just say, I had the BEST experience at this dental office. I’m 24 years old & to be quite honest.. I HATE going to the dentist. I have put off going to the dentist due to horrible past experiences. Needless to say, I was very nervous going into my appointment. When I came in, I had a warm welcome from Jennifer at the front desk who was an absolute gem. So helpful & friendly throughout the process getting my treatment price affordable as possible & made scheduling my next visit so easy. I ended up being at the office for 5/6 hours yesterday & I was able to take care of so many things that I do desperately needed. My dentist Dr. Sonam was absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend seeing her at this office. She truly cares for her patients, makes sure you are 100% happy before you leave the office, & is very upfront about what you need/don’t need done. Her assistant Nicole was amazing as well, she made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole time there. I had 2 crowns yesterday & it was a piece of cake! (Normally, i freak out with any major dental work). I also had the pleasure of working with Karen Zanger for a deep cleaning. She was so sweet & kind to me. This whole office truly went above and beyond for me. I cannot thank them enough. I can officially say I’m not afraid of the dentist anymore & will be looking forward to any visits I have because everyone is truly so wonderful. Thank you again everyone at Brentwood Smiles ❤️

Trust me when I say that I have been a frequent flyer at Brentwood Smiles. And the care that I have received has been a blessing and the best dental care that I have ever received. Ive had a few very difficult procedures which were handled with such amazing skill at the hands of Dr. Girgis. He and the dental office staff(Jessica, Nicole and others) have an amazing amount of compassion and dedication that made me feel safe & comfortable under their care.
I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

This Dentist Office is a good place for me because of Location and the quick term work I needed done now, that I have put this work off with no dentist for a long while..and the work done by Brentwood Smiles and Dentist
Dr. Ahmad Alnatour, DDS gave me a "one tooth root canal" and Dr. Ahmad gave me a nice Crown for my teeth, and it is a great work done for me, and I Am happy with Dr. Ahmad Mokbil DDS and the other dentist who worked on me as well as the nurses and dental assistants. Thank you much! I Will try to be back someday soon for more dental work. This place is great! I thank you guys and gals. This is a 5 stars rating.

Avi did an amazing job on my teeth! She gives great advice and is always super nice. Not to mention Brentwood Smiles seems to be very precise in everything they do. Makes the whole appointment go smooth and quick compared to other dentists I’ve been to.

Just wanted to thank you again for your help getting Justin in for wisdom teeth so quickly. He was in pain and you guys got him in almost immediately. I dealt with many, many oral surgery offices in my quest to get a quick appointment and you and Kaila by far were the most helpful, pleasant and responsive. Thank you for going the extra mile and please share this with your boss as you both deserve a high five, you really provided excellent customer service during a stressful week for me.

The oral surgery went flawlessly and the experience was great all around. Very impressive office.

I made an appointment for my daughter about a month ago. Today I went in and found out they never verified my insurance. First red flag. I could hear the lady on the phone with my insurance company while I waiting in there tiny lounge. Second red flag while my daughter was supposed to have x-ray done the lady said instead she would just take pictures since my daughter was so little, hmm.... that's weird I asked if they see many kids and the lady said not really so I ask why the Heck did they even schedule the appointment??? Third red flag doctor finally comes in and doesn't acknowledge me at all. She just started talking to my 4year old daughter which I'm like okay that's kind of nice but seriously WHY schedule an appointment for a four year old when you don't specialize in pediatric dentistry so annoyed. When I went to leave the guy in the back that was supposed to take my money decided to argue with me about my insurance coverage I literally had to reiterateto him I am aware of my coverage just move on and take my money. Front desk staff nice but completely inefficient and one of the girls wearing a shirt that was practically see through sad. Why even waste my time going to this office just irritating

This way this office is run is terrible. The dentists are okay but good luck getting someone on the phone.

I scheduled my son for an orthodontist appointment (appointments are 1+ month out) and they called 4 days before to let us know THEY made a mistake when they booked the appointment. The next available appointment was another month out. When we mentioned that this was their error, could they try to squeeze him in sooner, the office person argued with my husband and told him there was nothing they could do. About a week later they called to say the dentist would be out that day now and needed to reschedule again. Tried to call and speak to them about this (the receptionist said she would call me back in less than an hour, it’s been 2 1/2). I’ve been on hold now for 30 minutes to try to reschedule appointment again.

If this was the first time something like this has happened with them, I would not be writing this review. Unfortunately, this is how the office is run. We will not be returning to Brentwood Smiles.

This place is amazing. Dr. G is my new dentist. The team is very knowledgeable and skilled at dentistry. I got a deep cleaning and several super old large filling replaced with new high quality crowns. My smile is even more radiant thanks to Dr. G. I don't usually write reviews like this but I felt I owed it to the community to share the great work the office is doing.
