I had an appointment, they said a specialist was needed and that they'd call me the following week. Two weeks pass and no call. I went in to the office to try again. They scheduled me an appointment and said they'd call me the next week. Again, they never did. I was left in the dark and forgotten about twice. What kind of teamwork and service is that!?
This place can't do a real dentists job anyways. Go to a place that can.

This was my second visit, and I was very satisfied. Alina (the dental hygienist), in particular is awesome and super personable (she's the one I spend the most time with in the office since she does the X-rays and cleaning), and everyone else in the office is very friendly as well.
My only [very minor] gripe was it felt a bit long to wait for the dentist but that is if I am being super nitpicky and I understand it happens. I think solution of simply switching the cleaning to be before the dentist came was a great solution, although I was surprised that he still wasn't done with his previous patient once the cleaning was done. Again though, that's just a nitpicky thing and I still give 5 stars to this office.

Had an appointment for two teeth to be pulled. 2:00 on a Friday. April 2021. Fasted all day and took the day off work. Arrived 1/2 hr early. Left without being seen at 4:45. I was talked to once about 3:00 and was informed that it would be about another half an hour. Totally disrespectful. I understand things happen but it was obvious that this was not a problem for this office. I found another oral surgeon in Oroville who did an excellent job for 1/3 the price!! Now, it's January 2022 and I receive a bill for $50. Nine months later. It states 'adjustments' and nothing else, no dates, nothing. STAY AWAY!!

I took my daughter here for her very first DDS appt. The whole staff was extremely friendly, and welcoming and helped her overcome her nerves!! Highly recommend!
