Yellowstone Family Dentistry

Dr. Lim and his team provided the best dental experience I have ever had in my 35 years of life. He truly cares about his patients, the community and his love of dentistry is obvious! I would recommend Yellowstone Family Dentistry to anyone, especially my friends and family.

I have never been a big fan of dentists and often wondered if the dental industry attracts masochistic people who just want to cause pain to others, but Yellowstone Family Dentistry has a group of gentle people who somehow slipped through the cracks. They are incredibly professional and willing to work with individual needs. I cannot give enough praise to Deanna, who actually listened to me in a way few others have and was gentle yet effective.

It's rare to have a pleasant experience at a dentist office and I'm more than happy to recommend this place to anyone in search of one.

First off, I NEVER was a fan of dentist and doctor visits. I don’t think I’m alone in that. But it’s a good place to start I suppose.

I recently relocated back to Chico and with that, I much needed to get back into the swing of things medically and dentally. I was highly recommended to Yellowstone Family Dental, by a friend and coworker.

When I walked in for my first visit, I was treated as if I had been going there for years. Dr Lim is very personable and does a really good job, making me feel at ease. The whole office acts like family.

Overall, very pleasant. I think I have finally found a dentist, I actually look forward to going to.

I rarely write reviews, but I’ve had so many great experiences with this office I just had to! Highly recommend this dentist office! All of the staff members are super friendly. It feels like I’m being welcomed into a warm family atmosphere. They’ve been with me while I was pregnant and had some serious mouth pain. The first time I arrived they made sure I felt safe and comfortable, on top of that everyone knew who I was when I entered because they held a meeting to prepare for my arrival to help me while I was pregnant. I’ve never felt so cared for at a dentist office in my life! I’ve been with them ever since and now my daughter is a patient as well. Dr. Lim not only is extremely good at making you feel great about your smile, but both him and his staff make the process easier to get through. I actually look forward to going to the dentist office because I know it won’t be a boring painful process. They make it a point to get to know their patients and care for them. Both dentists have a lot of experience working with young kids and I feel so fortunate I found them before my daughter was even born. They provide a very clean and safe environment. All around, they seriously are the best!

Dr. Lim and his staff are indeed caring, welcoming and professional. She has been to a few dental clinics over the years. Yellowstone Family Dentistry is hands down the best ;). My experience at Yellowstone Family Dentistry has been wonderful. I have several issues that need to be addressed and Dr. Lim and his staff have made me feel confident that they will do everything they can to get me on the road to recovery. I highly recommend them!

Very friendly staff, very professional. I was there for an initial checkup after years of no dental care. Everyone was respectful and courteous to me and the Dentist did a great job of explaining to me what I should consider doing next and giving me a plan for continued care. I seriously hate going to the dentist but this was a really great experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone who like me is on the fence about choosing a new dentist.

I was very nervous having my 1 year old go to another dentist. Her last dentist did not want to fix her teeth, so I assumed it would happen again, and boy was I wrong. I have never met a more professional and kind/caring dental team. Every individual I had the pleasure of communicating with was so helpful and nice, it made me very comfortable and happy with my decision to pick Yellowstone Family Dentistry. When it came down to the day my daughter was having her procedure with sedation, I was so geeked out. I was so happy to learn Sapphire was helping with the procedure. She radiates good vibes so I knew my baby would be in good hands. And Dr. Lim, he was able to put my mind at ease. He was very thorough with explaining what would happen and that he would do his best to try and save her teeth. And boy did he do that! The procedure was super quick too I was shocked when he walked out an hour later and explained everything to me and told me my daughter now had pearly white caps on her teeth. I was over the moon. Hands down,10/10, would and do recommend this dental practice to everyone. If you want great work done by a phenomenal team, I say go to Yellowstone Family Dentistry!

Dr. Lim and the staff at Yellowstone are always the most welcoming, friendly, and professional practitioners of dentistry I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Your comfort during a normally uncomfortable situation is of the highest priority to them. Recommend to anyone and everyone I know.

I’m very grateful I found this wonderful dentist office! I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 7 years, so I was nervous to try going somewhere new. Someone recommended this office, and I’m certainly glad they did! The staff is extremely friendly and Dr.Saunders does a wonderful job of explaining the course of action and what each appointment will consist of. All the dental assistants have gone above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. I couldn’t even try to choose a favorite of the staff because they are all equally amazing!! Thank you guys for always being consistent and making me look forward to my appointments! :)
