I am posting this information to hopefully save anyone from making the mistake i made by going to Sacramento Natural dentistry. I have been cheated of $2500,00 dollars and as a senior that is reprehensible.
I have patiently waited one year for my money to be returned because the work i paid for was never completed. My name is Robert Roy, i am a senior and i have been cheated out of $2500.00 by Sacramento Natural Dentistry. As a senior that is a lot of money and hurts a lot. They are not good people and i had to speak out on this matter. I would never recommend anyone i know to go to this awful place. I have called and spoke to the dentist and staff many times with no results in getting my money back. Terribly evil. Great Christmas coming up and i will not be able to buy gifts for my family.

They have treated me like family...came in early twice now to take care of my urgent issues and I even got such knowledgeable and great assurance with Dr. over the weekend when he was out of town! Dr. Azouz and his team are absolutely phenomenal! He cares most about your health in general, and pays very close attention to detail… I felt very safe in his care, and he did everything he could to make me comfortable. Dr. Azouz is also very explanatory and wants you to understand everything that is going on. He is constantly communicating and can also be lighthearted to ease the stress if you are as stressed as I am going to a dentist. Looking forward to my next visit.

I am so grateful to Dr Azouz. My husband avoided dentists for many years because he is extremely sensitive to pain, especially in dental work. As a result he had many teeth that badly needed work, and he lived with great pain for many years rather than risk the trauma of the dentist. But Dr Azouz and his staff are so skilled and so caring that my husband is finally getting work done that he needs. They make sure that he is comfortable and has the sedation he needs for the work to be done. I have tremendous respect for Dr Azouz. IF YOU'VE NEVER TRIED NATURAL DENTISTRY BEFORE, I PROMISE YOU IT IS SO SUPERIOR to normal dentistry that I wouldn't even put them in the same category!!! Full explanation below, but in a nutshell...Sacramento Natural Dentistry is WORTH EVERY PENNY!
With just my 1s visit, Sacramento Natural Dentistry had me feeling safer and more comfortable than I've EVER felt in a dentist's office in my life! They gave me a COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING of EVERYTHING going on in my mouth while showing me such high quality pictures of my teeth/gums that FOR THE 1ST TIME IN MY LIFE I CAN SAY THAT I HAVE A CLEAR PICTURE IN MY MIND OF ALL OF IT, GOOD and BAD, AND I UNDERSTAND SO MUCH MORE THAN EVER BEFORE! And not only about what's wrong, but about THE MANY THINGS THEY CAN DO to help my teeth and gums heal, and even sometimes REVERSE damage already done!
My situation:
I'm 51yrs old, I've been in a wrestling match with cancer since 2013, and I've always had a very, very low income. Over the years I've had root canals and always thought other bills were more important than paying for a crown. Eventually I LOST all those teeth, and in the past year I've been dealing with my Medi-Cal dentist who wanted to do another root canal, fill A LOT MORE CAVITIES (which he thinks "maybe" are being caused by my cancer treatment), along with a myriad of other dental problems that I'M JUST TIRED OF HAVING TREATED IN WAYS THAT I KNOW COULD BE DONE BETTER.
So, FINALLY, I found Sacramento Natural Dentistry. At first, I was skeptical and honestly scared to spend what little money I've saved on dental work. And, as a lifelong professional bargain hunter, I was not so sure how I felt about the price for the initial exam, x-rays, etc. BUT WITH JUST ONE VISIT I can honestly say, Sacramento Natural Dentistry FAR EXCEEDED MY HOPES AND EXPECTATIONS.
Now, I find myself WISHING SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME ABOUT NATURAL DENTISTRY A LONG TIME AGO! Even struggling with low income, I WOULD HAVE FOUND AND/OR SAVED THE MONEY TO HAVE MY TEETH AND MOUTH TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT THE 1ST TIME....and if I'd done that, I KNOW I'd still have ALL my teeth today.
I STRONGLY URGE everyone to at least try Sacramento Natural Dentistry, so that they can see for themselves, for their children or anyone in their care, that when it comes to taking care of your PRECIOUS teeth and mouth...YOU WON'T FIND BETTER SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE!

During this Thanksgiving season I am most grateful to Dr Azouz and his staff for the unconditional love and service they continue to provide. I finally found a dentist that is highly competent personable and painless. When he is working on my teeth I just love how he expresses so much confidence and enthusiasm. There was this one time when Dr Azouz really captured my heart. We were on a phone call when he paused and asked me for some honest feedback. After I shared my feedback, he so sweetly offered to go beyond the call of duty to meet my needs. I think I have an endless supply of questions that I bring to the table and yet Dr Azouz and his amazing team do that patiently and do their best to respond to all my calls and emails I am so grateful.
