My experience today was comfortable and perfect.
Dr Mesa was an excellent and expert dentist.
Arsho is a good assistant and encourageable
Paula expert hygienist n freshens up my mouth and teeth .
Receptionist smiles warmly n listens to d problem.
Aspen is highly recommendable .

Don't waste your time. There's some nice staff but that's it. I went in for a routine check up and have Delta Dental insurance. I was excited to get my teeth cleaned and all they did was take xrays and tell me I needed to come back for a filling and a deep cleaning that was going to cost me $819 out of pocket. I'm 48 years old and that's the first time I've gone to a dentist for a check up and didn't even get my teeth cleaned like I wanted. Total waste of time and I won't be back.

I use to give this office 4 stars after todays experience with the receptionist I will give them a 2 & will most likely not return. My first couple visits were in October 2021. Dr”s recommendation was to have 2 fillings & a deep cleaning, I was charged $468 & was told that the price included a 6 month check up. Today I arrived at my 6 month check up appointment & was told I owed $105 prior to the visit. I explained that I was told my previous balance included this visit & the receptionist told me that was incorrect. First of all why was I being charged prior to the visit when they have no idea what work I may need if any. I paid the money. Then during the visit the dentist told me I had a cavity. After my visit I saw the same receptionist so I asked agian about the fee I had paid earlier & she said thats the policy . She then said Dr recommended a filling & I agreed so she told me my portion would be $60 & that I needed to pay iit today if I wanted to schedule an appointment for the filling. Mind you todays visit supposedly did not require to be prepaid as I was charged today . I paid the money & the receptionist says “have a good evening. She was going to let me leave without making an appointment which I had just paid for . SMH. I think she was rushing to get home & I could feel her stress as she gave me inconsistent information.

This office is inconsistent . The office should not be telling a customer that they may have heard wrong. I will not be returning after my filling

Best dental office I’ve ever experienced. Everyone cares about YOU!! I made a mistake and went to a different dentist first. My problem was not taken care of. I called Aspen and they went above and beyond for me. I was in pain and they got me in immediately. I could really go on all day. The level of care I received could not have been better. From Johnny, Sarah, and Claudia, to Paula (who has the best drill skills and I had zero pain the following day) to Dr. Meza and his assistant Teri I was treated with so much care and support. I have found my forever dental home and I could not see myself going anywhere else after the care I have received this week. Highly recommended this office.

I recently got my teeth cleaned and other dental service on two separate appointments. The whole staff is great and nice. Paula did a fantastic job. She and doctor got me in and out of there fast. Lupe, the DA did her job well. I appreciate her giving me information on how to take care of the temporary crown. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place!! When I was younger my dentist was either my uncle or clos family friends. When I moved to Fresno over 15 years ago I had trouble finding a place I actually liked, or even tolerated. I have been so so many dentists around town that I can't even keep tract. When I came to Aspen, from the start I had a positive experience. Everyone was so nice and so education. Every single staff member explained everything to me and I they were so supportive of everyone. I always loved going to the dentist and a young child and now as an adult I can say that I love it again. Sarah and Johnny are also exceptionally kind and are super funny to talk to. They're genuinely awesome and always put a smile to my face. Honestly everyone there is amazing. I highly recommend this place and have recommended it to literally all the people I know!

The dentist, hygienist, and assistants are all very kind and seem to like working together and with their patience. Had a tooth pulled and was very anxious. Everything went fine. Very nice and caring people.

The staff at Aspen Dental are very professional and comforting. They did everything possible to make my visit comfortable and educational. They show true concern for your oral well being as well as financial understanding. They helped make sure the costs were as low as possible without sacrificing the care I needed. Paula the hygienist even stayed after closing to make sure everything I needed done was complete. I am so thankful for that.

Would strongly recommend Aspen Dental to friends and family a like. Truly was a pleasure to find professional dental services that were exceptional, courteous and straight forward. I needed to get my wisdom teeth extracted and was told it was urgent from my dentist however their rates were much too high so I came here. I called this place asking if I would be able to get my wisdom teeth extracted by them and that I am a new patient. The person over the phone reassured me that I not only would be able to get them extracted but that I’d be able to get them extracted THAT day. This was a huge relief as their prices were much lower and I am in pain. The person over the phone let me know I can’t eat anything for 12 hours prior to the appointment time so I made sure not. After dragging a close friend with me, knowing I wouldn’t be able to drive afterwards, the lady at the counter the day of my appointment let me know that the appointment was not officially set in their system but seemed to be “pending”? She let me know they’d still be able to see me however it wouldn’t be until 4 hours after my appointment time. I was already super hungry and made myself wait 12 hours, I didn’t want to wait 16 hours and then some from the recovery period to be able to eat again but I figured I don’t really got a choice if I wanna get it done today. I said yes and she let me know that it wouldn’t be the extractions for today only a general check up and if I get referred then they would set up another appointment time to get my extractions done. At this point I was much too angry to continue and left. I can’t believe how unorganized this place is!
