I made an appointment for my wife the week prior. The appointment was set for 1:30pm, so I thought. They did ask me to arrive on time. I asked my wife to complete the paperwork that had been emailed to her. She did it the morning before the appointment but completely overlooked the appointment time. We arrive at the office at 1:24pm. I thought I was a few minutes early when in fact, we were 9 minutes late, since the appointment was at 1:15pm and not 1:30. The receptionist said that they would have to reschedule the appointment. I was very upset because we had traveled 40 minutes to get there and my wife had spent time completing the paperwork, all to be told that we had to do it all over again, over 9 minutes?? I thought this was very unfair since the dentist often make you wait 15 to 20 minutes before being seen. It's okay for the dentist to make you wait but God forbid you are 9 minutes late!!!
I'm just putting this out for those who set up an appointment with this dentist, you'll know exactly what to expect. Good luck.

I had never been there before found them on google and called in at 1pm with a chipped tooth got in at 4pm on the same day was repaired and out of the office by 4:45. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and inviting office. My family will be changing to this dentist permanently.

Thanks so much. I think i may have talked to everyone in the office and all were so kind and patient with me even when 1 procedure took 3 times, ooops sorry! Lol I'm so glad I decided on Aspen Dental! Referring my family for sure!

Do not go to this office, they are terrible. Tried to fix teeth that didn't need anything. Went and got a 2nd opinion to confirm. Save yourself time and money and pick a different place.

Aspen Dental is a life saver, I had a major toothache on Wednesday (11/27) and being unable to be seen anywhere else, I came across Aspen dental, with prompt and courteous service I was able to be seen and have the tooth extracted.
I would recommend Aspen dental as they are their professionalism and customer service is top notch.

Aspen dental is the best . Aspen dental gave me my smile back . i emwent to a another dentist i wont name. I went to get dentures. And that dentist office made me look like i had an overbite for the first time in my life . not to mention my teeth were huge. To big for my face . i had to fix it at home so i would look ok to go to work. I wore them long enough to save for a new set. And i called aspen andd they worked with me financially so i could afford them. And i look like they are my teeth. I am very happy with Aspen yhey are very polite and i never waited over 15 min to be seen.
