Thank you for providing excellent customer service and superb dental treatment. I moved to Concord a few years ago, tried out two other offices and now I have found my "dental home" Not only do they explain treatment from start to finish and make you feel comfortable, they use state of the art tools when working on you. I had a dental emergency and was seen immediately. If you live in Concord or surrounding areas this is the office to go to.

My Dentist Dr. Jain and Dental Hygienist Machelle are at Mt. Diablo Family Dentist in Concord. I highly recommend them. Machelle is the best Hygienist and Dr. Jane takes good care of me. My dental health is very important to me. I joke that I feel like I have a new car in my mouth after one of Michelle’s cleanings. I’m happy to have an outstanding Dentist and Hygienist.

Awesome!! My friend recommended them and I totally know why now. From the first call, to my two appointments I’ve had so far, the service is excellent. There is such a positive energy amongst all that work here, and the office has such a positive vibe. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me. Bedside manner is excellent.. they really do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. They really know how to empathize w the experience of their patient, understanding how scary it can be to go to the dentist. Dr. Jain knows her stuff, and is also down to earth and very caring demeanor. Michelle is awesome too. They all are great! This is the best dental experience I have ever had in my life ( and I’m 47 years old!).

Our entire family is now going to be going to Dr.Jain moving forward. I had to get some filling done, and the procedure was smooth, painliess. She is AMAZING!! She walked me through the entire process and told me what was going to happen next. I had no pain after getting the filling done.
Dr.Jain also did my father's denture and they fit perfectly!! She is polite, attentive, caring. She given the correct guidance so you as a patient
can make the correct decision related to your dental care. We as a family HIGHLY recommend her as your family dentist.
Even her staff is amazing!! when you are at the clinic you will defenitly feel the warmth of everyone.

I recently gave birth and completely forgot to can del my appointment. They did send me some reminders but with the challenges of a newborn I kept forgetting since it wasn’t on my priority list. I finally called the day before the appt, more than 24th a in advanced and let them know I couldn’t make it. This was my first time rescheduling and I had always been on time for all my other appointments. The person who answered told me that they would have to charge me a cancellation fee of $75 because they required a 48 hr notice. I explained my situation and she said she would have to ‘see’ about asking the dentist IF it could be waived because I had signed their patient contract and I should know about the 48hr notice. I was very surprised and disappointed bc I had always come on time and honored my appointments before. I understand the need for cancellation fees for repeat flakey patients but for someone with a reasonable explanation to reschedule who hadn’t missed before, I found their response to be disingenuous to patient care and not sympathetic. Truly disappointed because I really enjoyed their dental hygienist’s charisma. If only that translates to their receptionists…
I came here after looking at the reviews of the place and I was impressed so I booked an appointment to come for a check up. I had a great experience when I arrived. The place was clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and professional. I felt good after I left which is hard to do when you think of the dentist! Im so glad I came here and brought my husband along!

We are another year on from choosing Mount Diablo Family Dentistry for our family dental work and we could not be happier with the care given by this team. Dr Jain and everyone working here are so friendly, professional and helpful. They really take care of their patients and provide high quality service every time. If we've ever had an issue, or wanted to clarify costs, they are continuously helpful. And this care shines through with every visit. I'm so thrilled that we found this dentist office - best choice for us. We still highly recommend.

Dr Jain and her whole team made us feel at ease immediately and we feel respected as customers. We were immediately able to see the high level of care and consideration at the core of the the team here. All the dentistry work we have had done has been of the highest quality and still maintains the family dentist experience. Would highly recommend Dr Jain and her team
