Dr. Pan is a wonderful dentist and his staff are very friendly. I’ve been his patient for 17 years since moving to the West Covina area. He answered every question I had and has been very accommodating and easy to work with. The office itself is state of the art. His staff is top notch and his hygienists are great with kids. You also get to watch TV while having your teeth worked on. All around Professionals! I've always felt welcome at Dr. Pan’s office by him and his team. And I have to say, the results of my treatments

Started going to Pan Pacific Dentistry about two years ago. The lady who does my cleaning is very detailed, professional and friendly. After every cleaning the Dr. checks the work to answer any questions you may have. They remind of your upcoming appointment via text, email or both about a week out. Compared to my previous experience in Pasadena Pan Pacific Dentistry is much more professional, higher quality and I highly recommend going there.

Dr Pan has been my dentist for over 15 years. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing my dentist because not all dentists are the same. Dr Pan is a very knowledgeable dentist , hands very light when working on your teeth , very thorough and will tell you what’s best for your teeth. His office is well equipped with safety measures especially now with Covid19. I feel perfectly safe going there for any kind of work up.
I just retired and I go for cleaning every 3 months and I’m proud to say my teeth are all intact and healthy

I even convinced family members, who were afraid of dentists, to see him, and they have been patients ever since. The office is clean and welcoming. Good front desk staff. Great for children and teens, too. Basic services offered, including dental implants.

Dr. Ray Pan is just such an incredible dentist. Words really do not do him justice. He is patient, gentle, professional and so friendly. Personally, I am prone to cavities and no one loves to get them fixed, but Dr. Pan is so wonderful and makes the experience a positive one.
