Everyone hates going to the dentist. I was one such person. HOWEVER going to Walnut Hills Family Dentistry changed that for me. Starting with the front office staff when you enter the office. They are kind, informative and treat you like family or a close friend.
That service makes you feel relaxed and the fear is gone.
THEN, you meet the dental assistants that get you ready for the next step...meeting the Dentist. Dr Fahmy, is absolutely the kindest and gentlest dentist I've ever been to. He explains everything and makes you KNOW just with his demeanor that you are in the best of hands.

As a new patient visiting Walnut Hills Family Dentistry, I'm very happy with my first 5 visits. I'm usually anxious and nervous whenever I go to dental appointments because of my previous bad experiences. However, Dr. Fahmy and his staff are awesome, welcoming, and very professional. They made me feel comfortable starting with Elva, front desk, and Priscilla, who performed x-rays and assisted Dr. Fahmy. Dr. Fahmy educated me and explained what needs to be done. He listened to my concerns. I have a very sensitive teeth but Dr. Fahmy have gentle hands and performed his work precisely. I didn't feel any pain during the visits and even after I went home. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service! P.S. I love the classical music they're playing while waiting in the lobby, very relaxing :)

Walnut Hills Family Dentistry is a very professional office. The staff is thorough,! efficient and very friendly. I went in with a mysterious ache and the Doctor immediately saw me after my teething cleaning. X-rays were taken and the doctor tested the upper and lower right side. The ache was spotted and I was given a plan of action with lots of information.

The woman who runs the front office here is unprofessional and very rude. Walnut Hills Family dentistry does not care about their families that they serve. I would not recommend this place if you want helpful service or if you prefer to not be given the run-around with insurance. They refused to bill our insurance for a necessary service my daughter needed even after speaking with our insurance and them approving the service through her primary dentist. The woman at the front desk was dismissive and unprofessional and told us “either you pay out of pocket or we won’t touch your daughter.” This was after 3 months of needing a simple spacer and a cavity filled on an 8 year old. We now have to find a new approved dentist in our network and wait another month to be seen because they will not fill a simple cavity unless we pay outrageous out of pocket expenses. Save yourself the headache— STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.
