Fuller Smiles - Dentist - Culver City

Took 4 visits to do fillings and my bite is still off. My gum line is also still hurting a few days after my last visit. As I was leaving the last appointment, the dentist told me I might need to come back for a bite adjustment. Rather than having me waste my time/money, I think it would be best to just do the job correctly in the first place. Very disappointed with the services I've received and will not be returning or referring any friends to Fuller Smiles.

I am so happy with the staff at Fuller Smiles. Everyone is extremely nice and personable. I have avoided the dentist for years but I think I have found my dentist. Dr. Arsh is amazing! When I met him I felt like I was talking with an old friend. He is extremely personable and cares about his patients. He was transparent about the work I needed done and the cost up front. I am recommending everyone to him.

I took a 40-minute drive out here and I have to say it was
WORTH it. I had initially only booked a consultation to see
what could be done to help fix my smile (my gums were
very swollen causing my teeth to look very small and
giving me a very bad gummy smile). After a quick
consultation from Dr. K and a breakdown of price options,
to my surprise, I was offered to get service done the SAME
day! They didn't want me to drive out again and the next
appointment wasn't for over a month so they stayed open
past closing to do my service.
I was very worried and scared but Dr. K along with who I
believe was her medical assistant (sadly didn't get her
name) were SO nice. Dr. K is very very gentle and was
super observant, if I moved slightly they would both stop
to make sure I was nice and numb and still comfortable. It
was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. I
was even shaking a little cause I got cold and they covered
me up with their coats.
At the end, Dr. K took the time to make sure I was super
happy with the results and took the time to go back and
continue to make changes regardless of the fact that they
had been closed for an hour at that point.
This has been something I wanted my entire life and I
definitely could not be happier with the results!

Wonderful and friendly staff. They are very good at getting back to you with questions or follow ups. I also appreciate how they have been accommodating to my work schedule. The offices are very clean and they have good practices in place to protect everyone from COVID. The only down side is that recently they have stopped validating parking but it’s LA so paying for parking is a given. Hopefully they are able to validate again.

I was excited to see that Fuller Smiles had such high reviews with relocating to Los Angeles. I wish I could say that my experience was great, but it was one of the worst decisions I could have made. The doctor recommended replacing old filings for preventive measures with my routine visit. My teeth were not bothering me, nor was I experiencing any pain, but upon the doctor's recommendation, I could have four old fillings replaced. I got them replaced, and my bite was off, and it took them a month before they could get me in to fix that. So for an entire month, I was eating on one side to avoid the pain of eating on my right side. This was when I realized they did not care about my teeth but how much they could get my insurance to pay. When called to schedule the appointment, they kept telling me what my insurance would cover and that this would not be covered. I was not calling to schedule a new service, but a follow-up to the service performed that was wrong. Did I feel any pain while getting the procedure, no, but afterward, yes, and to this day, my teeth have not been the same. Lesson learned if your teeth are not bothering you and they should want you to spend money just to spend money, RUN! I've find a new dentist and they are more concerned about ensuring I'm comfortable and recommending a service for the sake of getting paid.

Great experience overall. It has been awhile since visiting the dentist. Upon my 1st visit , X-rays were done and teeth cleaning. Upon my 2nd visit after consultation I had 2 teeth’s extracted painless and effortlessly. The staff is vibrant, all are friendly and the doctors are FABULOUS. They definitely go above and beyond to try to do their best for you and in making your visit / procedure comfortable. I asked to be numb “really” good to avoid pain and felt none . This is the 3rd day after extraction and I still feel no pain. I highly recommend Fuller Smiles Dental. 😁

Honestly it was so nice. I truly kept wondering to myself if this was a dental facility, due to the level of care, detail, and services provided.

Great experience, was in and out fast, they walked me through every step that they did. They were very helpful in explaining anything i had questions about.

GREAT WITH CHILDREN AND ADULTS! I can finally say "I enjoy going to the dentist" they are very pleasant and quick. When it comes to the children, they are very gentle. My daughter loves going to Fuller Smiles. She says it's the best one yet and she is only 10! You will not be disappointed. EVERYONE IS NICE FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END!!
