Had my first visit today and it was absolutely amazing. Dr. Ionescu was incredible. He’s so kind and knowledgeable, and made sure that I was comfortable with the treatment and that we were on the same page about everything. Ellen and Leticia were absolutely fabulous as well. I’ve moved around quite a bit throughout my life and have been to many different dentists, and this is far and away the favorite practice I’ve been to. Which is saying a lot because I’ve liked all my other dentists, as well. I’m almost hesitant to leave such a good review because what if I won’t be able to get an appointment due to the influx of patients?!?! Just kidding ;). I highly recommend Dr. Ionescu and his staff.

This was the worst dental office I have ever visited. Very unprofessional and rough when it comes to dental procedures. The office secretary is not the sharpest tool in the shed!! Watch out for their temporary crowns because it will fall out the same day as mine did. I was chewing food and it came out were I bit it and almost swallowed it. The staff had no comment of the situation or no apology just excuses. Yes, the place looks fancy, but no one can hide behind unprofessionalism!

Nav is an amazing hygienist. She truly cares not only about me, my family but all of her clients. Today when I went in it seemed like we just had one of our many wonderful visits before she started to clean my teeth!!! I'm truly a baby when it comes to cleaning my teeth and Nav is regularly asking me if I'm okay, if she needs to give me anything for the discomfort! I didn't see Dr. Ignacio on today's visit, but he too is wonderful/AMAZING!! I have heard him tell a patient the same things he has told me, and my granddaughter and he tell it to each patient with passion, because he cares about all of us! Dr. Ignacio will not do a service unless you truly need it, instead he will watch and wait before taking any action. I would recommend Dentistry by Design to anyone! My family who lives locally, all are Dr. Ignacio and Nav's patients.

Doctor and his team are just great! Been going to him forever and I forgot about my appointment and they called, held my spot and were all smiling when I made it. Couldn’t have a better group to work on your mouth! I never review anyone good or bad but today I thought I needed a special shout out! Thank you, your the best!

I've gone to this dentist my entire life and am always pleased with the results. I gave up trying to find a dentist where I live after going to one that pushed unnecessary deep cleanings. You won't have that experience at Dentistry By Design. Kudos to the whole team!

Multiple visits now. Love this practice and everyone involved. Dr. Ionescu is wonderful. Last year: After my first visit, I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of detailed care provided by Dr. Ionescu, his hygienist, Ellen, as well as all the staff. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and every effort is made to put you at ease. Dr. Ionescu personally takes the time to educate the patient on best dental care and practice to fit the needs of the individual. Colleen provided a very thorough yet very cmfortable cleaning. I highly recommended everyone here.

Going to dentistry by design was an awesome experience. I had the pleasure of having Nav as my hygienist, and she was extremely gentle, thoughtful of my care, and made sure that everything was explained to me throughout my cleaning. Dr. Ionesco had great chair side manner, and insisted on answering any and all of my questions that I had. The front desk ladies Alyssa and Erin we’re also great and friendly as well. Nothing short but a positive experience!

This was my first visit to this office as I was recommended by an existing patient of Dentistry By Design. I was well taken care of the second I walked through the door. I was greeted by the friendly front office staff with a smile as I entered into the lobby. My first impression was how clean the establishment was. The wait was very minimal as I was early to my appointment. The procedure I was booked for was well done and painless. His Dental assistant Leticia has a very gentle touch and restored my two front teeth to where they look better now, than they did before they were chipped. Dr Ionescu was very professional and answered all of my questions and had some great advise to offer on how to maintain healthy teeth and gums. I was very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend this dental office to my very own mother. Well done Dentistry By Design. I now have a new dental office.
