I love my dentist, hygienist, assistants, and front office staff. I feel welcome and at home every time I visit. I would be devastated if I ever had to go somewhere else. The office is beautiful and everything about dentistry by design has been nothing but exceptional. My family and I have been patients for years and we would not go anywhere else.

Dentistry By Design is second to none. The staff is very welcoming from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Dr. Inescu's staff is well trained and very professional. The office has the latest dental technology in the business. My teeth have never felt or looked better.

I was scheduled to get 3 cavities filled here today. After examining me the dentist refused to fill my cavities because I have TMJ. I have never ever heard of a dentist refusing care bc of TMJ. I've had cavities filled before by other dentists with no issues. I jave had TMJ for 10+years and have never had any issues being refused care. Even on the website they claim to treat patients with TMJ. The dentist kept trying to referrer me to a TMJ specialist to fill my cavities bc he said he wasnt comfortable filling cavities for someone with TMJ. I told him my insurance does not cover specialists. I was only able to afford to pay to have my cavities filled. The very little time I have as a mom of 3 was wasted today. Who knows when I'll be able to get a babysitter again. Now my benefit for xrays and exam have been used and I still have untreated cavities. Now I have to find another dentist to fill my cavities and pay for an exam out of pocket on top of my coverage for fillings. This whole situation is absolutely ridiculous and not right. I do not recommend this place at all.

Dr. Ionescu and his staff are great. When you have a bunch of work done Dr. Ionescu calls you in the evening to check on you. Lainey is a great hygienist, the office staff are always friendly and helpful.

I hate going to the dentist more than anything. Honestly, I'd rather go to someone else's kid's crappy piano recital or something else you can think of that would be awful. But after finding this office, my opinion of the dentist has changed. It's definitely a different experience than any other dentist I've ever had. The office just straight up has a good vibe, and they won't do a thing without informing you first. It's a good place, even for those of us who would rather get a prostate exam than go to the dentist (well that might be a stretch, but I think you get the point)
