They are amazing. I had a emergency and they got me in right away and worked around my schedule. I would recommend them to everyone. They take great care of you and even fixed a chipped tooth for free that was separate from what I came in for. Great place and will always use them for all my dental needs. My experience at Lasting Impressions was absolutely magnificent. I went in for a cleaning as well as a teeth whitening, and both procedures were quick and effective. Not a piece of plaque remains after my cleaning and my teeth have never been so white! It’s funny how Dr. Kashani reviews are from his coworkers the real reviews come from the ones that said he scams people give people emotional stress by yelling at his patients and end instead of fixing he makes problems worse for the client teeth that are in pain he doesn’t care because he claims to be the owner of course bad owner ship and client service chip more client teeths

I went to Dr. Kashani with great hope after reading the reviews. He seems very nice. His office manager was like a used car dealer. I only left because there was just too much drama.
This review was originally much more detailed and was one star. However, Dr. Kashani met with me to share why the person may have behaved the way she did.
Dr. Kashani met with me again and he invited me to his other location in Woodland Hills. The more I get to know him, the more I realize he is is a great dentist but trapped by an angry office manager. Everything happens for a reason. When one door closes, God opens another. Wish you the best Dr. Kashani.

Considering the fact that I use to work in a dental office before for many years, it is fair to say that I have seen and been exposed to many dentists and their dental offices. However, none come close to what this office has to offer. Dr. Kashani unlike many dentists places the wellbeing of his patients before any other needs. He creates an effective treatment plan and explains step by step the importance of each procedure. Katherine is by far the best hygienist I have ever seen. She is a “go getter” and would not let the patient walk away if the work is not to her satisfaction. I couldn’t believe I was looking at my own mouth after getting a cleaning done with her. Edwin (the receptionist) never fails to put a smile on your face which takes the stress out of getting dental work done. Ghazal (the office manager) is extremely kind and friendly. She custom makes a payment plan that is suitable and feasible for every patient. All and all I am truly lucky to have found this office and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist and a staff that can do their job right.
