Expensive Unnecessary Procedures Long Wait Time

I have been a patient here for several years now and im done, I went in for a teeth cleaning, the same one I got year ago for $100. Now apparently it costs $100 for every corner of your mouth that is literally how they Broke it down to me. They also wanted to do some extra cleanings, and told me a bunch of work I need to get done to parts of my mouth that are not bothering me or dont have any damage. Aside from being upcharge city you can't even get an appointment for at least a month. Terrible dental experience

Great Dental Work Friendly Front Office Painless Wisdom Teeth Removal

Dr. Duong and Jonelle do a fantastic job of keeping my teeth healthy and giving me a white, bright smile. I have been coming here for about 4 years and have been loyal to them for their great dental work. Front office is always friendly and helpful with insurance questions. I also had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tabel and had a painless experience with fast recovery. Thank you Champlain Team!

Poor Service Overcharging

Do not seek care here. We used to get acceptable (not great, but good enough) care for our kids at this dentist. We now get cancelled appointments, a constant busy line, and a commercialized, impersonal service. They try to charge for every last little thing (talked to dentist for 1 min for no-cavity visit, charge to insurance $175). It's clearly a scam to get the insurance money.

Poor Service Long Wait Time Disappointing

Went in for a chipped tooth and Dr Thuong who is great, skimmed down the other tooth that was rubbing and chipping the one I came in for. I booked my appt 2 months prior for a cleaning which I did not get because the hygienist was out for spring break. No replacement for patients needing any type of cleaning. Dentist didn't fix the chipped tooth. Just did xrays and skimmed down the tooth.
I drove 1 hour for this appt. and basically got nothing done. Very disappointing

Poor Customer Service Inefficient Scheduling

I tried to make a appointment as a new patient on 5/18. Staff said there was no appointment available in May and June. So I requested for July appointment. But staff said I could not make a appointment until end of June for July appointment. and staff sugested I called back last week of June. If I call again last week of june for july appointment, Staff might say there is no appointment available july and call back last week of july again because I called on 5/18 for june appointment. I don't know how busy this dental office is. But the way of making schedule does not make sense at all.

Terrible office Bad reception staff Incompetent X-ray tech Wrong appointment

Good dentist, dr. duong. Terrible office and reception staff. Took 10 minutes to do my X-rays, tech didn’t know what she was doing. Didn’t even receive a cleaning, after being at the office over an hour, and was told my appointment was wrong. Don’t plan to come back

Friendly Staff Comfortable Environment Good Service

Don't know what the story is on these reviews, but WOW my dental experience here was like no other. EVERYBODY was friendly to me, exceptionally understanding of my social issues, and you get to watch TV IN A DENTIST CHAIR while you wait. No problems with insurance or anything. I've found a new dentist, FINALLY, and one I really feel connected to. COME HERE for your dental work.

Poor Service Unprofessional Behavior Long Wait Time Misdiagnosis

My husband went to see this dentist for fillings (specifically his 2nd molars). The first issue was that it took almost 2 months to get an appointment. Once he went to the appointment, the dentist did his fillings except his molar which has been bothering him from the past few months. My husband came to his car right after his treatment and noticed in the mirror that his molar filling was not done, and that he could still feel the hole. He went back to the office and he was told by the office personnel that the dentist is busy and he should come at a later time. Later at 3:30pm, my husband and I went and spoke with the head of staff who later said she was the administrator. She went to talk to the dentist and came back stating β€œShe is busy with other patients. You can wait if you’d like but I don't guarantee she will see you today since she has 4 patients waiting”. She had appointment for the next morning at 10:30. My husband had work that morning but he called and canceled his over time and decided to take the appointment as the molar was causing him pain.

Next day he goes in and dentist tells him, oh i did all the fillings what you were scheduled for. We are waiting on that molar so that we can do the filling and crown/bridge at the same time… Wait, What? Why? Was my husband's shocking response. This was never discussed with us, we simply wanted fillings, specially of his molar which has been bothering him. They never mention anything about bridge or crown. The dentist did not treat his area of pain, and she neglected him completely and charged us for fillings for the teeth that were not causing issues or pain.

So we asked her if she could treat him today since he already missed days from work and food got stuck in his teeth. She denied saying she doesn't have time since its a post-op appointment, not an appointment for fillings. Yesterday, When my husband went to the administrator and told her that he can still feel and see the hole in his molar and that's what he came to get treated and its not done, it was her responsibility to provide appointment with enough time for dentist to do the filling. Instead she made post-op appointment completely ignoring what my husband was telling her. Her behavior was very unprofessional.

Now I have to find a new dentist, and making new appointments which can take up to a month. He would have to go in for a new set of x rays and pay for the services again. My insurance will not cover the cost for the second set of x rays. I would NOT recommend this dentist and this business to anyone.
