I recommend Hernandez for dental work, especially for tooth extractions. This guy is super thorough makes sure you’re super numb is using local anesthetic, and always does the job done the right way. He won’t rush to get out of the office by 5 he stays until the job is done. Super good care by him.

I started here in Feb/March 2016. At first I LOVED IT. My first visit I was 28weeks pregnant. The hygienist informed me that I had severe gum disease. Periodontal disease, non-reversible. This was news to me! But I questioned and said, "Isnt it because I'm pregnant?". No. Then the dentist came in. I really liked him. He treated my acute problem (which needed one of their in house crowns). By my next visit 2 weeks later, he was no longer practicing there. I then started seeing red flags. My final visit was in Aug or Sept of that year. I walked out of my appt being told by the receptionist I needed 5 crowns...Wait. What? Why? This wasn't even discussed with me. I thought I needed one filling. She didn't know the answer and the dentist was gone to lunch already )2minutes after I walked out of the room. I couldn't help feel like all we are are $$ signs to them for their Crown Factory. Long story short, I don't have periodontal disease, my gums are totally healthy and I do NOT need FIVE CROWNS! I have 2 cavities that just need filling. They were going to do THOUSANDS of $$$$ of UNNECESSARY WORK just so they could pad their pockets and use their bread and butter crown factory. I'm glad I trusted my gut instinct and didn't go back.

Great service and professionalism. It had been some time since I had any dental check-up but Dr. Carlos Hernandez and the rest of the team made sure I was well informed and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I look forward to my next couple of procedures with the Fig Garden Dental Group!

WORST DENTAL PRACTICE
Terrible doctor. Confused teeth numbers. Told me had a Crown on a tooth that I didn't have a Crown on. Did not give a complete assessment of existing or needed treatment. Left the office with either complete treatment plan and no solution for urgency of treatment. Doctor barely spoke English. Which isn't a real problem since I do speak Spanish. But the point is, he didn't make it effort at all. Treatment coordinator seem to hate his job. Didn't give me any information about prescribed treatment or even any options other than take it or leave it PFM options. Had to ask for an antibiotic given that 1 of the teeth seemed to be infected. Waited 3 days for prescription to be called in, just to have the wrong medications prescribed. Rather than giving antibiotic, doctor saw it suitable to prescribe ibuprofen 800 to help an infected tooth. Absolutely ludicrous. Furthermore, When I called the office to alert them of the doctor's mistake, I was given the run around just to be later told they normally don't prescribe anything when no treatment is scheduled. What kind of BS is that! I call that serious professional neglect.

Best advice, stay away from this office. In fact, stay from all PDS locations. Team is not trained with the best interests of patient 1st of mind and doctors are in adequately licensed. I expected better, but I'm not surprised that I didn't receive better.

Arrived for my 9 am appointment and 2 hours have passed. I have not had my teeth cleaned yet. I came for a simple check up and cleaning and it is ridiculous how long it has taken. I've now wasted my whole morning and I have not eaten all day. Very inconsiderate of time.

By far the worst place to get any dental work. Not only are the wait times terrible even with an appointment, but they will steal your money.
I got a quote for my wisdom teeth extractions and the price was reasonable, until the actual day of the extraction. I was literally on the dentist chair waiting to start the procedure when Patricia DeCarlo the office manager walks in to tell me they qoauted me the wrong price. The price went up by $700! Thier excuse was that it was because the way my wisdom teeth had grown out. How could they miss this after having x-rays done with their so called "Modern Dental Technology"
I highly recommend doing business elsewhere, Like I will.

I love it so much. After going in today I have to make this review. I never really had a good experience with dentist. I went to one dentist office and the dentist was completely insensitive when putting in my fillings, they didnt numb my mouth enough and i felt every pain of getting my entire back teeth filled. That was last year from a different doctors office. So I year later I went to this one today to fight out i had cavities growing up my new fillings sadly in almost all my teeth and i possibly needed a root canal and i needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. So of course I was shaking to death with fear. The dental assistance were reassuring me that I had a good dentist and nothing to worry about. They joked and talked with me to calm my nerves and the dentist was soo sweet and nice. She noticed I was shaken up and I told her about my experience and she told me if I had any pain shed stop immediately whenever im ready and made sure I was comfortable. I got fillings on my top left side and i have to get more after my wisdom teeth removal which im really nervous about. Even as I waited in the lobby after getting my fillings to make another appointment for my wisdom teeth removal, the dentist was going on break and she talked with me to ask how i felt and if i needed anything at all to call in and she will fix whatever problem Im having. Theyre really nice and they actually care. OVERALL. GREAT PLACE. Just like another person said, everyone seems like they love their job. ((((:

Horrible buisness.. had a appointment set up for about two weeks and was suppose to receive papers to fill out never got them. Called and let them know I never got them and still never showed up. Then I get a call five days before my actual appointment and mind you that I had already let my job know that I was going to be coming in late, they tell me oh there's been a schedule change and we aren't going to be opening until 9 other than 8. So I wouldn't recommend ever going here because they obiously don't know how to run it.

Went here for the extraction of one of my wisdoms ( which had abscessed a few weeks before) and a broken second molar. The surgery was performed by Dr. Stoker( their on staff oral surgeon ). I must say that the guy knows what he’s doing. Him and his support staff made me feel as comfortable as possible before surgery, during surgery ( via the amazing sleep drugs🤤) , and after surgery. It went by in a flash( at least in my mind ). Would I go here again ? DEFINITELY.
