The staff was very friendly. You are greeted warmly by Maria when you walk-in. Every person that comes in the room to work on you greets you as well. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while so I was skeptical about finally stepping into a dental office, but choosing Dr. Donan's office was the best decision I made. He was gentle and the entire staff made sure they explained everything as they were doing the procedures. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get dental procedures.

Amazing service!! I was out of town & in excruciating pain. Someone told me about Dr. Donan. I called & they got me in the same day & did a root canal!! So thankful to be out of pain!! They also checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was not in any discomfort! Highly recommend to anyone needing a dentist!! Such friendly & caring office staff as well!

Dr Donan and Staff are AMAZING.
The office has a family feel, they remember you by name and little details about you. They take an interest in their patients and care about your comfort and wellness.
Office is very clean and everyone is friendly and welcoming. They take the time to explain everything in detail with billing and procedures etc.
My entire family now comes here and I will refer friends as well.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE! I went in as a new patient 3 weeks ago, I chose this office as the reviews were good. My experience was quite different. I had sent my insurance card information when I made the appointment, I had someone there contact me a day before my appointment about information they needed. I resend my insurance card again, which they never ended up verifying my insurance and billed my plan 389.00$ for a routine exam. my insurance paid 163$. I was contacted by text message 3 weeks later with a "payment due now". "We will charge the credit card on file." I really wished i would have been informed before my visit of the charges and someone should have verified this before my appointment. Be careful of what you sign there!!! The office charged an excessive amount for services, I spoke with an office manager that didn't have a clue as to what she was talking about... informally done, no invoice was sent to my home with a grace period. I work in the medical field and this is not proper.

Dr. Guillermo's office is a great place to get your dental needs done. I needed a new bridge and the one they made me is beautiful. The doctor is so gentle and very kind bed side manner. I will be returning for all my dental needs. Thank you to the girls in the office for going above and beyond. They helped me with my insurance process and made sure I was covered.
