Worst dentist I've ever been to. The first red flag from them was I had a filling-redo scheduled in the morning at around 10am. Apparently they were short staffed that morning, but instead of asking me to reschedule, they just changed the time to two hours earlier and tried to confirm it like that was the time I chose. I told them that wasn't the time I scheduled, and I had the email confirmation to prove it.

I got over 5 fillings redone by them, and it was one of the most unpleasant experiences with dentists ever. I am an adult man with a large mouth, but apparently they needed to use a bite block for the entire 6+ hours they did the fillings.

They later noticed I had an "abnormal" mark in my front tooth in the x-ray and told me they believe my tooth was broken by the root and had to be removed. They said they would refer me to a specialist to make sure. Two months later I get a call from them trying to schedule me for a root canal. I ask them why I wasn't referred to a specialist and they say they want to just go ahead with a root canal, even though they had originally said they would refer me to a specialist and the tooth would have to be removed. At this point I was suspicious of them so I went to a different dentist to get my teeth examined, and guess what. They told me nothing was wrong with my tooth!

This place is extremely shady and unprofessional. At this point, I believe that I didn't even need all my fillings redone, they probably just scheduled me for the long, painful and uncomfortable process so that they could make more money. The fact that they would be so greedy is sad and reflects the grim reality that patients covered by MediCal have to face when finding trustworthy providers.

I like the staff here and I really like the dentist. However my appointment has been changed 6 times because the dentist doesn't work very often.

It's clean the whole staff and I mean from the receptionist to the office manager to the dentist to each one of the lady's inb the back everyone was so nice.

They didn't offer the service I needed but I stayed as a patient for other services and really it's a great place!

Highly recommended. Dr Valencia did an awesome job with my crowns and explain the process. Maria is a very professional RDA who convinced me to get a deep cleaning. Norma did a great job and wasn’t a painful procedure. Best dentist office I been too.

I do not recommend taking your children here to get root canals done. The dentist that does the root canals is a very cold hearted person and scares children. If your child even asks him a question about the procedure he gets angry and walks off and says he can't do the procedure. (He did this one 2 seperate appointments) This was a waste of time and traumatizing event. I will never return to this office again or recommend it to anyone.

I get so much anxiety going to the dentist. Maria, one of Dr Valencia’s assistants literally treats me as if I were her own daughter. Dr Valencia is amazing & so caring of all his patients. Ana in the front remembered my name on only my 2nd visit, impressive! Definitely recommend, thank you for your services :)

Don’t trust the 5 star reviews - they give you a $5 Starbucks gift card only if you leave a 5 star review, and they enter you in a raffle for an electric toothbrush.

Cons:
-They reschedule your appointment without your consent
-You’ll leave with a drilled out cavity and no filling
-Rude staff

My first experience was good, but I had to edit my old review after Dr. Valencia left without telling me he was done with the procedure. The front staff (also rude) lady came back and said I could go. I left with cotton still in my mouth and an UNFILLED CAVITY. It was drilled, and NOT filled. When I went back in to ask question about another tooth I was told the doctor was at lunch and I had another cavity and I could be seen again so I could ask questions. So they “found”? another cavity to bill so I could see the doctor who was in fact, not at lunch (There are glass windows - come on). The only things good in that place are Maria and Nikki. They know what they’re doing, and Nikki especially has great knowledge and put on my crown perfectly.

They reschedule your appointments without your consent, we received texts and calls confirming an appointment for a different time than we originally set. And when we said that wasn’t the time, the staff rudely said the doctor needed to see us earlier - or there was a procedure and they had to reschedule mine - DONT OVERBOOK and you won’t have this problem.

I was so scared at first, and now I feel like I have known them forever! This place is super amazing! As you arrive you are greeted by the ladies in the front desk, they are so sweet yet professional ! The doctor wont proceed unless he knows exactly what you need. I hadn't had any dental work in over ten years and they were so helpful. The doctor and Maria are super great and very attentive also my Hygienist Norma is so great, so thorough and explains every single thing she does. The place is also very clean. I highly recommend them! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I called to make my first appointment and they got me in the same day. The front desk staff are always friendly and know me by first name basis every time I walk in. Dr.Solano is very friendly with an upbeat attitude and the hygienist is also very friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable each time. They also make it very convenient to reach them via text if needed. I don’t write reviews much, but since I went by reviews to find this place, I’d like to spread the word!

MY APPT WAS SCHEDULED FOR 10am waited 3 hours for them to tell they need to obtain authorization through my insurance. Mind you they called me prior to my appt to see if I could come in early wasn’t able to I asked if they had anything for the following week, nothing fitting my schedule so I kept my 10am appt only because rep said if not we can keep you at 10 I agreed. Obviously they knew they were running into schedule conflicts but yet we agreed on my 10am appt the very SORRY EXPLANATION WAS SOMEBODY WAS EXPERIENCING PAIN. My pain was sitting there for 3 hours to get a prescription DO NOT SCHEDULE AT THIS OFFICE this office is scheduling to many people at once that’s a sign of money hungry!!! Do you really care for your patients because taking up peoples time for 3 hours and try to place blame on patients pain is not a dental provider I want in mouth!!!
