They don't listen to you. I have a artificial heart valve. I told the doctor that I need to pre-med and with extensive dental work need to be put on antibiotics for ten days afterward. She refused, told me pre-med was enough. Afterward, ran a fever of 102.4° night sweats and starting to go downhill health wise. Ended up going to Kaiser urgent care, and was put on two antibiotics for ten days to fight the infection. When I told the doctor what had happened, she responded with "Well, you should have told me"????? Will not be going back. Issues after issues with this dental office.

Crooks! Asked spacifcally if they where in my network with gaurdian and they replied yes they even ran my info and told yes they where. Now I'm setting here paying $2k outta pocket after my insurance pays 90%. I would highly recommend to not go to them. Communication it terrible bed side manners are terrible. Some of the issues are mine and not fully understanding in how deductibles work but the explanation from the doctors and front desk clerks are terrible. These offices are most certainly money hungry. Learning experience for sure hope no one else falls as hard as I did

Not able to complete dental work as stated, need another appointment for surgeon. Waiting over an hour past scheduled appointment, and they don't know how soon the surgeon can see me. Not professional enough to notify me of delays at any point. If I didn't have to have work done I'd walk out and find a new dentist.
