High Desert Smiles Dentistry

My visits here are always great. Staff are very welcoming especially Verenice. She usually helps me at the front and treats me so kindly. I’ve never had issues with this office and I’ll continue to keep coming here for service. This office does not disappoint and does not fail to make their patients happy.

Vere in the front office was very helpful and friendly, also Carmen who helped me in the back office thank you both very much, and everybody else in the office that helped me with my wisdom teeth extraction. Everything was straight forward and smooth. Overall Experience for me was a 5/5.

Wanted to leave a review for the people that are scared or nervous. My husband just had the best experience he's ever had at the dentist getting a root canal. They were all such a great team. The way it was done was so efficient. Highly recommend getting the thing that keeps your mouth open 😜. Thank you everyone at High Desert Smiles! See you in a couple weeks to get his crown 😁

Had my second visit today. The young girl that took my XRays was so friendly and polite. I just love Dr Bautista. Feel so comfortable with her. Explained everything in detail and my options.

First visit to this dentist. Made a last second appointment for 11:15 and I was in the chair by 11:35.

Ashley took my x-rays quickly and efficiently. She was very sweet and stuck by my side throughout my entire visit.

My insurance coverage was very clearly explained after the initial exam. My options and the out of pocket cost were laid out before any work was done - a huge stress relief.

Dr. Bautista is so incredibly kind and easy to joke around with. (Although I realize my dental health is no joke - sorry for waiting so long between dentist visits!) Her procedures were quick and painless. A dentist who truly cares about her patients.

Mary also helped in assisting. Quiet at first (how do you make conversation with a drill in your mouth?). She truly shined when my trypanophobia took me and the staff by surprise.

Honestly the hospitality I exhibited there from everyone was incredible.

I was on a tight schedule but both Ashley and Rachel teamed up to give me a quick (yet thorough) cleaning at the end.

The ladies in the office were also very kind and really helped me out of a bind with my expiring insurance.

Overall - I was a very worried about finding a new dentist after moving. (Reviews are all over the place - who do you trust?)
My only regret is not coming here sooner.

Terrible experience. I showed up for my appt. and was informed that they no longer took my insurance. Gee, neither High desert Smiles or my ins, co . informed me. So unprofessional just going into the office. I do believe that all things happen for a reason and I will find a better Dental group.

There very professional and they care Doctor Kumar is a great Dentist, as well as the rest of his staff they're all really good people.

Steven Haddad DDS is absolutely AMAZING! He took such care and in depth time/patience with my son! I would highly recommend him to anyone! Gabby,the front receptionist, is very amazing. She's not only incredibly professional.

Excellent Dental office! The office and Dentists are professional, patient, courteous and responsive to each patients' concerns. Not only have I
experienced this myself but in talking to other patients in the lobby.
I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes and Linda worked in every way possible to give me as many discounts on my bridge. I also had several opinions and estimates from Huntington Beach up to here in the Hesperia and HDS beat them all on pricing with my humble HMO Dental plan with
Delta. Congrats to your team there!
