Exceptional service! I had visited 3 other Dental offices prior to being referred to Dr. Sana Charlie. Estimates I received from other Dental offices were huge. Dr. Charlie treated my gum disease without me having to pay 10k. We’re treated like family here. Staff is just awesome, and family friendly!

Visiting San Francisco. Broke the filling in my molar. Tough repair job as it is next to wisdom and no space to get to. Dr. Sanna saw me the same day, stayed late at the clinic, repaired my filling, took x-rays before and after and did a fantastic job - and all without pain!!
Dr. Sanna is gentle, knowledgeable, kind, professional and experienced. She is also very affordable and reasonable for the services she and her team provides.

Went in today for a filling. I was very nervous. Dr. Charlie told me she would watch my hands(if I was gripping the chair!). I did not have any problems. She asked through the entire procedure if I was doing ok. Everything went off without a hitch, and I will be returning soon for a bridge! Excellent experience!!!

If you need a dentist in Livermore, try this one! Dr Charlie is both gentle and approachable, as well as very knowledgeable and pragmatic. Her office staff (esp the beloved Shelly at the front desk) are also great. I’ve had 3 appts there so far (cleaning, xrays, filling, and crown) and every one of them has been on time, hassle free, and even pleasant especially when taking into consideration my general fear of and resistance to dentistry. No hassles with insurance either - Shelly was all over that. Thank you Define dentistry for making it more likely that I’ll go to the dentist as often as I’m supposed to! 😄👍

Dr. Charlie and the entire team at Define has one of the best dental practices that I’ve encountered. They have given the best care to my 88-year old mother, and it’s one of her favorite appointments to go to. That’s pretty high praise, and great to hear as her daughter. They are honest, caring, and bring state-of-the-art UCSF training to Livermore. 5 stars and I would give more if I could!
