Impeccable!! I am thrilled to find this dentist!!! My story: the day before lockdown my front tooth implant broke off. Yep. It wasn't an emergency so that left me with going to one of those companies that make those removable trays. That's another story but it worked in a pinch. But a year later, after seeing dentists and getting opinions, I realized dental health is a collaboration of trust between you and that dentist. Ethics becomes super important. I found Florence Family by last resort on a Google search. I called with pain in that tooth. A year later the cavity was deep. I got a same day appointment. The receptionist is lovely. Literally everyone is just like family and you notice that right away. I was taken care of to say the least. The dentists are brother and sister. She was so sweet, caring, a genuinely good person. I have never had a pleasant experience at the dentist. I can't believe I feel like this!! Highly recommended! I can literally SMILE again!!!! Thank you Florence Family!💜

I have gone through years of pain because I couldn’t find a dentistry office who worked in my budget but I found Florence Family and they are just the best!!! They are compassionate and understanding to your financial situation and work amazingly with your medi-cal. This place is perfect for someone who cannot find a reasonably priced dentist and is struggling to get an appointment. They do great accommodations and will never make you wait more than a week for an appointment. Just amazing!!!

Look no further! Dr. Ben and the ENTIRE staff are amazing to say the least. I went in today for the first time for an exam and to get a couple of teeth extracted and from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I had the best experience at any dental office ever. Not only are they awesome it's very clean and sanitary (I have a huge thing about sterilization and touching things).
