Los Angeles Dental Arts: Theodore Burnett, DDS

I came to LADA due to my regular dentist being out of town and I had an emergency. All I can say is that my visit was by far one of the best I have had at a dental office.

Ms. McKee and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. While everyone was very professional, it felt like I was home. It did not stop there, Dr. Burnett was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable. His explanation throughout my procedure made me feel comfortable and it treatment reassured me that I made to right choice in visiting LADA.

I was referred to the doctor while suffering from an acute infection. He considered my plight and provided me with an emergency appointment the same day. His kindness and compassion paired with his professional attention to detail reassured me that I was directed to the right person. I will highly recommend his office to anyone.

Dr. Burnett is a fantastic dentist and a very charismatic man. First, he makes you feel at home, very relaxed which is not normal in a dentist chair. He thoroughly explains each procedure, the time frame for completion, and the total amount you will be billed. After each treatment, he escorts you to the receptionist and gives you the next appointment date. We talk like we’re old friends, and that makes me feel very special. Other than my uncle in North Carolina, he is the best dentist I’ve ever had.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DENTAL CARE!

Long story short, I moved to LA and because of life, I inadvertently neglected my dental care for a year. Here's the kicker though - I have braces. There was a lot of work to be done and in total everything took 3 consecutive days. Let me tell you why they're amazing. 1. IT TOOK 3 DAYS and not once did anyone complain or moan and groan. They were just like welp you need the help and we can do it so boom. 2. The staff was VERY accommodating. My hygienist literally had the day off but not only came in, but came in BEFORE 8am for my appointment. 3. I was late due to LA traffic (shocker right?) and they were understanding and worked with me. 4. They set me up with an orthodontist in the building who is equally as excellent. 5. The staff makes it a point to include you on EVERYTHING. I understand what my dental issues were, what the cause was, what the fix was, and a plan to keep my teeth and gums healthy and clean. 6. They have flexible payment arrangements. 7. The front desk staff, MAs, hygienists, dentists literally everyone in the practice is excellent. The front desk staff coordinated my appointment with the orthodontist's office because I needed my wires removed before the team could perform my cleaning. I appreciate each and every person in this practice and in 3 days I feel like I became family. I well scream about this practice on the mountaintops because for the first time in almost 30 years on earth I had excellent service and care. As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I am not easy to impress but wow, they blew me away! Here's the last bit - I drive an hour each way just to get there and its worth the time, money, gas and traffic!!!!!

I am in LA temporarily for work from out of state and decided to have some needed dental work done to my mouth which was long overdue. I don't know anything about the area so I Googled dentist near me that could do the work that I needed. (Major work) The LA Dental Arts came up, it was minutes from my hotel which was a plus for me because I don't have a car here and Uber tends to get a bit expensive. Also a plus they were taking new clients, where I am from since the COVID Pandemic, most dentists aren't taking on new clients. (Especially someone out of town and without insurance) But the thing that topped the cake, he is a black Dr just like me. I made my appointment and I was able to do all the paperwork online so that when I got there today they were ready to get down to business. They knew my name when I walked through the door, even though I was a new patient. From the time that I entered they won me over. Dr. Burnett and his staff are great!! They are very professional but also very friendly. I have no doubt that I made the right choice ,and let me say I love Dr Burnett already. I am so proud to be a part of the LA Dental Arts family while in town. I don't have insurance but they were up front about the cost and worked out a plan so that I can get the care that I needed. Oh and a big shout out to Roman thank you for saving the day 😉

Dr Burnett and his staff always go above and beyond for their patients. I have been a patient for many years. My recent visit involved the completion of a heartfelt project, where Dr Burnett ignored traditional process and went to extremes to get me what I needed in a way that made me most comfortable and happy. I want to say thank you Dr B and staff for always treating me like family.

After having horrible experiences at three different dental offices within two months, I was referred to Dr. Burnett. The moment I walked in the staff made me feel welcome and safe. They take all of the measures to maintain a safe covid-free atmosphere. Dr. Burnett took all of the time that was needed to talk to me about my dental issues with genuine sincerity and concern. He's not only knowledgeable, he exudes a passion for his profession and wants to see you well. If I could gather all of the stars in the sky, that would not be enough to give Dr. Burnett the rating he deserves.

My dental experience was excellent. Picked this dental practice because of the positive reviews. My experience proved the reviews true. I now have a new dental practice home. ♡♡♡

Months later the service is great. Recommend to all my family and friends! 5 stars for real.
