Dr Herrera was recommended to me by a close friend. I had started the process of getting an implant for a front tooth with 3 crowns for adjacent teeth when my former dentist retired. I was hesitant to trust a new dentist to complete the work. After all my whole smile was at stake!
Walking into her office I felt at ease at once. The office is beautiful, the staff professional and welcoming. Dr Herrera explained the procedure and detailed steps, answered all my questions giving me complete confidence that my new smile would be perfect. I just walked out today with the final product, my beautiful smile and the whole process took 3 visits.
And the total cost was less than what my former dentist was going to charge

My first time at the dentist in awhile and I was apprehensive. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and it only got better from there. Everyone was so nice and kind, I was impressed by the staff and office. Once I meet Dr. Herrera I felt so comfortable and was extremely pleased how thorough she was with my exam and explained everything to me. This is THE BEST dental experience you can get in the South Bay! Dr. Herrera is so good at her craft, I would trust her with eye teeth! The office is super clean and state of the art, it’s like going to a spa, no kidding. And all of the hygienists are so gentle. I’m a 200lb baby and I’ve never felt any pain! I have historically had major issues with bitewing X-rays (history of bad dentists and anxiety associated with it) and one of the front desk staff had a few tricks she employed to help me and this is the first time I’ve had a a full set of bitewings with out gagging once! This set the stage for how the remainder of the visit would go!

Cristina Herrera herself was a breath of fresh air in dentistry for me, she was gentle and understanding and the most thorough dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patient of. She asked questions and performed exploratory procedures I’ve never experienced. Her knowledge and delivery of that knowledge was second to none as well.

The equipment was state of the art and the office was
beautiful with a wonderful ambiance, every single thing about this experience was the best I’ve ever had, right down to the end of visit treatment planning and billing!

My wife and I began seeing Dr. Herrera in 2006. Since then the shop has grown, but the quality has never suffered. Never have I ever had a bad experience and the entire staff sets the bar high for excellent customer service. I even moved to another city but continue to travel to Los Gatos every time I need a dentist because I feel so comfortable with their abilities and quality of service. If you ever dread going to the dentist then this is the place for you! I look forward to every appointment where I can have my teeth cleaned in such a peaceful atmosphere; I even doze off from time to time because I’m so comfortable. Not enough good things can be said about this place; they are a diamond in the rough.
