We moved an hour away from San Jose two years ago and were reminded how stellar Dr.Herrera and her entire team are. They listen and they are empathetic, it is evident they truly care about their patients. We tried two different dentists in our area and in every category: customer service, professionalism, updated, matter of fact state of the art equipment distinguishes them. It is easily worth the hour drive for both of us to return as patients!

Had my teeth cleaned by Samantha at Dr. Herreras office today. She was very nice and gentle. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants a comfortable experience in a first class office with professional care you can rely on.

Very satisfied. Would recommend to all my friends. Good job at tracking issues over time and giving advice. Just went for standard cleanings, cannot comment on complicated procedures. New office is nice. Only ding is that one time they accidentally billed me for a visit covered by insurance; luckily I noticed so no big deal.

I'd also note that both doctor to patient communication and office experience are promoting psychological comfort and the least stress possible - from friendliness of the team and great equipment / facilities to calming nature tv shows in the rooms and efficient covid protocols.

Dr. Cristina and her staff are wonderful and kind individuals. Since our initial consultation, I have complete faith in Dr. Cristina's and her team. I’m impressed by everyone’s professionalism and attentiveness to not only patient’s situation but also to each other in the team. When I'm at her office, I also feel really relaxed, making every visit memorable and pleasurable. Another thing is that I've never seen a dental clinic as clean as hers.

September 17, 2021 I recently had a full set of denture implants completed by Dr. Herrera and her staff. Not only do my "new teeth" look great and make it possible to eat carrots, apples, almonds, etc., but they also help me taste better and enunciate more clearly. My favorite part, though, is the increased level of confidence I am experiencing. If you are wondering whether to get denture implants (they aren't the snap in type, but are screwed in).....I highly recommend it.

Their equipment is state of the art....and they have great nature videos to help create a relaxing atmosphere....oh, and the wait time is minimal. I brag to my friends all the time about the care they take to provide a positive experience for their patients!
