Dr. Mahsa Esfandiari Dental Group, Los Gatos

I’ve been going to Dr. Mahsa Esfandiari for a couple of years now. When I first saw her, I needed some work done for various reasons. She addressed everything with patience, care, and professionalism. Currently, I just need to see her twice a year for cleaning:) If you are someone who fears dentist, then she is the dentist for you. She has a sense of calmness that is contagious. Highly recommend her and her staff.

I have recently moved to this area and finally could get round to do the teeth cleaning. I called quite a few places, but either I had to leave a message or none picked up the phone. When I called Soothing Dental, Heidi, the front desk, talked to me and scheduled me an appointment right away. When I showed up at the office, I filled out the forms and got seen almost immediately. Sonia was my hygienist, who was gentle, kind, and communicative. Dr Jaquery complimented me on my well taken care of teeth and helped me with my gum recession treatment. So I am going to do more treatment here. The whole experience was rather pleasant and smooth.

As a nervous patient (and generally anxious person) I have to admit I had been dreading my dental appointment in the days leading up to it. But every single person I interacted with at the office was nothing short of welcoming, alleviating much of my fears and checking in with me constantly to make sure I felt comfortable. The care I received and my options were explained to me clearly in language I could understand. Everyone worked to answer my questions. I even surprised myself by booking a follow-up appointment!

I had a dental issue and was able to get into the office quickly. They have protocols in place to make the visit safe. They did a temperature check before entering, they provide you with a mask, sanitizer, and a mouth rinse before your appointment. It feels safe and clean. Dr. Mahsa was kind, swift and gentle.

I've had many issues with my teeth growing up and have become very picky with the dentist I'll work with. Dr. Mahsa Esfandiari and her team have been amazing to work with. The professionalism of the office, combined with Dr. Mahsa's expertise is why I keep coming back!

Overall good the personal could use help when dealing with older persons. Not speak so quickly and give a little time when directing to do something.
I feel that the lady on the phone was abrupt and cuts me off when speaking.
The hygenest needs to not have the patient hold tools suction wand she needs an assistant for this.
I felt like i was drowning to much water for to long. And. Suction to strong hurt my cheek
Cleaning was good but ive never had things happen like this before.

I've gone to Soothing Dental twice and have only had positive experiences. I hadn't been to a dentist in years and was super nervous about it, but everyone was really reassuring and friendly. I had fillings done on my second visit, and I was terrified, but it went great!

My experience at Soothing Dental LG has been the best I have had at any dental clinic. The staff is attentive, timely, and gives me simple strategies that I can use to improve my dental health in a positive, non-judgmental way. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the area looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Mahsa and her staff are wonderful to work with. They are meticulous about following COVID guidelines so I felt safe. Zebit, the hygienist is gentle and efficient. They are friendly and personable but also spent time reviewing what is going well and needs improvement in my dental health.
