I’ve been a patient of Dr. Propes for many years because he is the best in every way. I have never had a Doctor personally take emergencies on their personal time, on their personal number. Dr. Propes does that. He also went beyond by calling to check in on me after my crown replacement. His entire staff is just as wonderful as he is. Visiting his office is like getting together with friends. They make their patients feel important and they get to know their patients to better serve them. This is one doctors office you don’t have to wait long either for your appointment. They have managed to master the entire customer service experience, and everyone always has a smile and warm words. Dr. Propes and his entire staff are authentically caring while being professional at the same time. They always provide excellent dental service. I first was referred to Dr. Andy Propes in an emergency situation. I was seen and treated on that day. I was so impressed with Dr. Proper and his staff, I transferred all my future dental care to his practice. It's been over 10 years and i have received consistent excellent care from him and his staff. Dr. Proper is highly skilled, addresses all questions and concerns with thoroughness and patience. His staff are all friendly and efficient. They go beyond their regular duties and display personal interest in making your dental experience as pleasant as possible. I always recommend him, knowing that he will take good care of everyone, according to their needs--- and is especially good with people who have had unpleasant experiences in the past or are uncomfortable with dental care, in general. I'm very grateful to have the Dental Spa for my primary dental care.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Dr Propes and his tremendous team. This week I had a serious dental emergency with my 100 year old mother-in-law with Dementia. His staff listened and immediately got her in to see Dr. Propes to be evaluated and treated. His caring demeanor kept her very calm and even engaged in her treatment plan. He made her comfortable and painless during two extractions and an infection clean out. He truly was professional and went above and beyond to give her a positive experience and outcome. He even called that night to check on her, which meant the world to me. His kindhearted dental practices are the best ❤️

This is such amazing office. They are always friendly, always remember my name and my kid’s names. Dr Propes even recognizes us outside the office and stops to chat. We have had a couple of dental emergencies and Dr Propes has met us at the office to deal with them. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve been going to Dr. Propes since I was young and visit every 6 months for as long as I can remember. Great customer service and fantastic teeth cleaning/care. Would only recommend to book your appointment asap and check it out even if it’s only a second opinion. They care about your teeth often times more than you do. Big thanks to the team from me!

I no longer live in Merced but if you do, you should feel lucky since you have the opportunity to get treated by Dr. Propes and the rest of his staff. This office is amazing and I am currently trying to find someone that is just as good, warm, and welcoming in Southern California.

The Dental Spa at Propes is awesome!!! Had to reschedule my cleaning appointment due to illness and an opening came up and they fit me in w Jessica. She is a great hygienist. Very thorough and gentle as well. My teeth felt great after and she is so sweet and friendly. Everyone actually is super friendly and they always go out of their way to make your visit pleasant. I would highly recommend the Dental Spa to all of my friends and family. You can’t go wrong w Dr Propes and his professional staff. 5 star service for sure!!
