As others have pointed out, while the staff are warm and welcoming, Thomas Farris's own conduct leaves much to be desired. He plays liberally with the bounds of social propriety and on occasion extends them well into the plain rude territory.
As also mentioned by other reviewers, he places an overt emphasis on financial causes and tries, unbecomingly hard, to push plans that further his gain.
We all work to make a dime. What sets us apart is how far we are willing to bend the norms of decency to make that dime.
If the character of the person you transact with does not concern you, then by all means, seek treatment here. Chances are he will even do a decent job. Otherwise, there are innumerable other options available in this neighborhood.
