Update: I visited today (5/10/21) for a cleaning. Sherry was great! And, as always, Dr. Lagemann and his team are amazing and so kind!! Previous: Dr. Lagemann and his staff are amazing. His bedside manner is so good and calming!! They are also Really good at being inclusive and non judgmental. They love my whole family. They’re understanding of my dental anxiety.

Excellent care. Explained everything they were going to do and did. Lots of care given to patients. From the start to the end. Dr. Lagemann is an excellent dentist who removed my stubborn tooth with explanations along the way. Hard to find dentists this good in Texas. Staff was great.

Further update: my original 5-star rating is confirmed every time I go see Dr. Lagemann and the team. Had fun chatting with Fanny today, and seeing some high-tech equipment in action. Dr. Lagemann and his assistants work well together, are very careful to keep patients comfortable, and the office vibe is always warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!!!
Update after two more visits and some restorative dental work: 5 stars plus! I'm super-happy with the work Dr. Lagemann did to repair my chipped and worn front teeth. The visual improvement is huge, and his work was so good out the gate that I didn't need any adjustments. I also really appreciate that he clearly describes treatment options, tells you which option he'd recommend and why, without pressure, and respects your choice either way. Assistants Sherry and Monica are great--gentle and thorough--and Sandra at the front desk is tops. Everyone is so nice, but not fake-nice; they're truly kind and caring.
Original post: Wow! This was my first visit to Dr. Lagemann's practice and I had such an enjoyable experience I am truly eager to go back. The whole team is friendly, gentle, professional, and thorough. The offices are clean and pleasant, and COVID protocols are good. Dr. Lagemann is a great communicator, and takes time and care in planning treatment. The practice went above and beyond to welcome me as a patient. Thank you so much!!!

I’ve had an amazing experience working with both, Dr. Murray and Dr. Lagemann. They put you at ease completely especially during slightly longer procedures. The rest of the staff is super caring, helpful & always available to answer the smallest of questions. I’ve been recommending this dental practice to everyone I know!
