I switched to Oroville Gentle Dentistry last year due to an infected tooth from a previous root canal. The dentist I was going to couldn’t get me in for two weeks even to get antibiotics, I called OGD and they got me in within the hour! Two days later the tooth was pulled. I was expecting the procedure itself to be very painful but it was the opposite! Even hours after when the Novocain wore off! Last month went in for my yearly and to have a chipped tooth looked and was back the following week to have it fixed. The staff are extremely nice, pleasant to work with and go above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered. The drs always do everything the can to make sure you are comfortable and will help you relax, if your someone like me that is scared to death of the dentist, and make sure they explain what and how they are going to do things.

My wife and 3 kids had appointments there on the same day. The kids' appointments ended up costing more than we had anticipated, so my wife had to reschedule hers and pay their missed appointment fee. Fine. But when she said she had to reschedule she was chastised, condescended to, and demeaned in front of the whole office and ended up getting charged double for her missed appointment. My wife left in tears. This is completely unprofessional and inappropriate

Great experience!! One of My front tooth chip went an got it done by Dr summer. He did a fantastic job with his assistant Emily.. it looked great I was happy especially with it being my front teeth I was kind of worry about not Turing out great, but I was wrong dr summer an his assistant Emily did a wonderful job! I can smile proudly.. thank you guys so much!!

Gentle Dentistry is the Best Place to go! Gary Sumner worked on my teeth and I was 100% pain free! I could only hear him work.This was the only place in Oroville that I could find that will take appointments after 5:00, which is a big bonus.The staff is friendly and they even go the extra mile to help you figure out when to make your appointments to get the maximum coverage on your insurance so you don't half to pay as much out of your pocket. Very clean facility! Very Professional!

I suffer from severe dental anxiety. The staff was nothin but friendly and super caring. They helped me thru my fears and was able to get not only the work I paid for but above and beyond. I had a lot of work that needs to be done to fix years of damage but I can say one afternoon with them completely fixed my whole front teeth and makes me feel like a new lease on life. My teeth are so beautiful I cried when I seen them and I am still in aww!!!!

We changed dental insurance, so we came to Oroville Gentle Dentistry. Dr. Catalina Madrigal was fantastic, explained everything in a manner I could understand, very kind. The whole office from the staff at the desk to the Doctors where so friendly and professional. My wife and I are so happy we switched dentist! The dental assistance are very friendly and helpful. They have very up to date equipment and the ex rays are so much better then they us to be it does not take very long. The dentist is very nice. The Dental hygienist is very gentle and have a wonderful personality.
