After moving to the desert searched for 3 months for a good dentist. Finally went to my old dentists website to use their verbiage to find similarity. Fortunately found this facility and am so happy to be in good hands again. We thought we came from the best Hygienist, however have now found the best EVER! This was my first experience with the office of Dr Conrow and I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and polite and made a point of introducing themselves. After a comprehensive examination,complete with pictures of the problem area, Dr Conrow took the time to explain my treatment options and let me make the decision as to the level of care. The dentist chair was state of the art with headphones, television, movies and everything that you would need to keep your mind off of the drill. But if you are the inquisitive type, he provides you with a mirror attached to that ominous light that always hangs above your head so you can watch the entire procedure. This was extremely educational and made the time in the chair fly bye. I was very impressed with Dr Conrow's entire operation and would not hesitate using him in the future.

So thankful Dr Conrow agreed to see me during this chaotic time for an emergency. He and his staff are always so kind and I appreciate him explaining every step he takes while doing the procedures.

Some people may think he's great and, technically, he may be. Over several months, I came to realize that Dr. Conrow is not nearly as good as he thinks he is. I choose him because he went to Univ. of the Pacific, one of the best dental schools. I found that pretty much only his opinion matters regarding color, shape, etc. I had to sign one of his forms saying I approved the teeth he was completing, so he must have had a problem with this type of thing in the past. He wouldn't take an edge off one false tooth saying, "everyone bites their tongue sometimes, even me." But did his bleed for 15 minutes? I find that bizarre. Don't annoy him with too many complaints of discomfort or he may show you what discomfort is. At one appointment wherein he demonstrated, twice, why the area hurt, I did not return and future needs will be handled by another dentist. But if you want to hear some extreme right wing political opinions, by all means, see this guy. He expresses those thoughts freely.

I went in for a crown and ended up with a tooth extracted! Conrow did an unneeded bone graft that he said my insurance would pay for. He did not call my insurance company to verify my benefits. He said my portion would be $350. which I paid for prior to leaving. Later I received a bill for $692. !
I did not pay and refused to pay until he reduced the bill to $170.
Do not go to this guy unless you are willing to pay what ever he feels he can get away with.
