Recently finish my dental work with Dr. Maryam and I’m very happy. Would definitely recommend Dr. Maryam for a dentist and the office of Pleasant hill Smiles. The staff were always friendly, very caring and made feel comfortable. The office was also flexible with scheduling my appointments, and would call me with reminders. They maintain a clean office and happy environment. I specially appreciate those that speak Spanish. They made sure I understood well the procedures needed for me, the costs involved, and answered all my concerns. Overall I’m really satisfied with their professionalism and good work.

Longest wait I’ve ever had in a doctors office - ever! And I’m 50!😂 I scheduled an appointment for my 13 yr son to have a tooth extraction. We received a call 30 minutes prior to his 1:30pm appointment to see if we would be willing to come in at 2pm instead because the dentist was running behind. I, of course, was thankful for them giving me a heads up. We arrived at 2pm. At 2:45pm I inquired how much longer and they said they had no way to tell (not sure how they schedule appointments). Then at 3pm I asked if the appointment was actually going to happen. They said likely 45 more minutes and there were 3 patients still in front of my son! I told them I had things to handle and to call me when the third person went in and I would return. Net, net, I returned at 4 pm: 2.5 hours after our scheduled appointment!!! My sons tooth was extracted and we departed at 4:15pm. All that for 15 minutes. Silver lining was that we did very much like the dentist which is the only reason why they received 2 stars.
Ok. Called the number as immediately directed only to sit on hold for 10 minutes until I finally hung up. Called back and got someone and apparently the person I need to speak with is not in. This is next level exhausting. Down to 1 star…. Ugh.

I go here for my regular cleanings with the dental hygienist Ashley and she's awesome! My teeth are perfectly clean after and she makes sure to check my cheeks and whole mouth for oral cancer which no other hygienist has ever done before. They go above and beyond here! The front desk staff is also very friendly and I will be back soon for my cleaning and check-up.

Exceptional service. Very professional staff. Dr Maryam is super nice, the best of the best. They take great care of my teeth with the most modern technology. When my crown fell out, I called their office, and the very courteous staff got me an appointment that morning. They put in my new crown on the same day, fabricating it on site, and placing it in my mouth within 3 hours of my initial appearance!

Dr Maryam was awesome! I usually have trouble getting numb and feel everything. Not only did she get me very numb but I didn’t feel a thing! It was the most painless appointment I ever had. I came in and she did my treatment that day. This office is one of the best

Dr Maryam Alubaidi provides really great service. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I experienced a toothache and was very quick to resolve my dental issue. Placing a crown was very smooth and painless. Her office staff also provides great customer service as well.

I did my cleaning and exam yesterday with Dr Maryam Alubaidi. She did my crown for my front tooth in one visit and now I have a beautiful smile. The staff are very nice and patient, they stayed until 6 PM until my crown was done. I'm happy with the results.

She is the only reason I am still a patient at Pleasant Hill Smiles. I had a bad experience and was actively looking for other dentists. Then I met Ashley. She is the best Dental Hygienist I have ever met. She took such good care of me, tracking when I felt pain as it was hard for me to verbalize, inviting me to take deep breaths when she cleaned certain sensitive teeth, and reminding me that we are a team which made me feel not alone on my dental health journey. The only time I've ever laughed with joy in any dental chair was listening to her playlist. I'm only coming back to see her, so Pleasant Hill Smiles you better treat her as well as she treats me!
