This is the worst dentist I have ever visited. I went for 3 separate cleanings and waited 1+ hour each time before being seen. Once I was seen the staff was rude and simply bad at their jobs. Save yourself the hassle, and more importantly, your time and find a different dentist.

Everyone is so friendly AND patient here! I had an issue with my insurance and they walked me through everything and even helped me call to resolve it all. The dentist and assistants are wonderful as well. Highly recommend this place :)

They are unorganized, uncaring, and greedy. They push unnecessary, costly procedures and if you decline or can't afford the procedure they don't want you as a customer. I was told that if I didn't proceed with the out of pocket treatments that they wouldn't work on my teeth (ie: filling cavities or future cleanings). Apparently your first visit is a "courtesy" unlike other dentist offices that accommodate your 6 month cleanings that are covered by insurance. Someone should educate them on what "courtesy" means. The dentist was so rough with my cleaning I would bet money that he was punishing me for complaining about their policies (which I was told is the "DOCTORS" policy). He jabbed me several times with the sharp cleaning tool in the area under my tongue. He also didn't proactively pause when I would flinch. Terrible bedside manner. I would have left immediately but they have you sign papers before any work saying that you got your cleaning. I didn't want to create an insurance issue for myself. Full of regret. I've had dental care my entire life/40 years - THIS WAS NOT NORMAL.

Dentist was incompetent, spent more time talking than fixing my chip .I had to go back to have another Dr finish her work. Well 3rd time is a charm . 10/ 30 good Doctor Good service
November 29th and still waiting on refund for poor fitting appliances I refused

They just want to overcharge you for unnecessary work. I was pleased at first that I got a next day appointment for routine teeth cleaning. When I was there I found out that I was not even on the schedule for the dental hygienist. I had to walk out when I saw how much they wanted to charge me.

I love the patience and flexibility the dentist had because of scoliosis and spina bifida. She made me comfortable with a pillow, too. It was relaxing!

This place is a joke. Unorganized and will try to bill you for their own mistakes. They don't do all of their own procedures and will schedule you a specialist who overcharges. They also don't communicate with their specialist, which I find odd. Including your own medical history so it 'justifies' the specialist charging you an exam fee, regardless of your previous exam at their office. The front office is unprofessional, rude and don't have the skills to communicate clearly and transparently. They also can't logically explain what they're billing you for or why. If you ask them to explain they will become frusterated and just ask you to leave and still try to bill you! Do yourself a favor and go to Pleasant Hill Dental. They were upfront, organized, respectful and bill you correctly! They also do all of their own work so you don't have to pay for a specialist!

I called in to request a simple extraction. The receptionist did not disclose the costs to me over the phone. When I arrived to the office on the day of my appointment the costs were then disclosed, at my request. $240 consultation fee on top of the costs for the extraction ($400+). When I asked what the fees cover the receptionist couldn't tell me. I have had an extraction before that visit at a different dentist office. I paid half of that. The receptionist insisted I agree to pay this fee despite the fact that my situation didn't warrant a surgical extraction. When I decided not to continue she tried to push a $100 cancellation fee on me. When I refused she motioned to the door telling me to get out. I've never seen anyone be so rude in all my life. Just think, if they had quoted me those costs over the phone I would never have made the appointment. I'm hoping the receptionist simply doesn't know what she is doing... the alternative is that she was trying to rip me off.
I took my family to Pleasant Hill Dental just down the street where we were treated with respect and had a great experience at the fair price of $375.
