Golden Smiles Dental

I really like this team, the dentists are very kind and make me feel very comfortable, the staff too is very friendly and treat me like someone special. I am having a lot of work done including implants and even though its not a cheap process, I feel good investing into my future smile with this team.

I have sensitive nerves in my mouth and I literally feel no pain with these dentist. The facility is state of the art and they even have TV monitors for us at their dental chairs.

This is the best family dentist office I've ever been too. They go above and beyond to help me when i had nothing. They are truly a blessing and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I'm happy I found my dental office the staff is amazing and Dr Harry is unbelievable I'm having dental implants done and everyone always stresses on how much it hurts and well I have to say dr Harry made me think different if you're looking for a dental office you found the right one

Everyone practiced social distancing. Staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Harry is the best dentist I ever had. He explains every step of every procedure and never in a rush. Great service from everyone...thank you.

I just can't deal with poor customer service and if these two ladies at the Front Desk Represent the first and last encounter of Golden Smiles to your Patients, you have got to make a change fast. There was absolutely nothing Golden about their customer service skills. The energy frequency was so low and in this little tiny waiting area, it's impossible to avoid. They just look like they hate their job or they hate working with each other. One lady definitely seemed annoyed by the other, on both my visit and that visible behavior creates a toxic environment for the staff and most importantly the Patients.
They did not greet "any" of the patients properly, wether they were coming in for dental care or leaving after having dental care. They lack proper communication skills and were just so unhappy with themselves or their work environment they never flashed a golden smile once. It was just such a miserable space I had to walk out. I could not continue with my care there knowing I have to go through them first and last. While the Dentist and his assistant I met were really great, it's just not worth it to walk into this office for treatment knowing my sign in and sign out experience will be cold and unwelcoming. It's just wrong not to value your customers and welcome them in for their services to be rendered and thank them upon their departure.
When you call into this office they say "How can we make you smile today?"
Dr. Harry, you can train your front office on providing outstanding or dare I say "Golden" customer service to your patients who totally deserve it for bringing their business to you. The front desk is the first and last experience any Customer/Patient will have with your office, your brand, your dentistry service. Today and last week and who knows how many other times, they have sadly failed! While some reviews mentioned the poor service at the front desk I am still disappointed to have experienced it.

Make your service "Golden" from the moment Patients walk in until they walk out.

If you are a person who has extreme fear of going to the dentist-Dr Harry is the most compassionate dentist I have EVER encountered- Golden Smiles will be my dentistry for life,,, The staff are also wonderful and my total experience with Golden Smiles & Dr Harry went beyond my expectations,,a very satisfied & happy patient,,,

Just to sum up my experience with them. she recommended me veneers for having the smallest chip on my tooth, I mean not even noticeable during this pandemic knowing everyone is on a tight budget. The whole visit was jus (Dr ankin ) trying to make money and simply just judging my teeth while trynna persuade me to buy all this stuff she was offering. She also took about 1 minute to diagnose me and when she looked again , she changed her diagnoses. But recommends the other stuff since it's more money.

I can not believe I waited so long to get my implants. Dr. Was so quick and did amazing didn’t feel anything. Excited for my finished results! Day one down😁

Happy to have found my go to office! The staff and doctors are amazing here and make you feel welcomed. The doctors take their time in explaining everything to make you feel at ease!

Save your time go elsewhere! Dentist is awesome unfortunately staff in the front is not you will need to call multiple times to get an update and even then they are rude, stating they have called but no missed calls and stating that my insurance should be the one to update me on any approved services like what?! Furthermore I will be calling my insurance to get transferred to my old dental office even if its not in network
