I have been going here for 4 years and I have zero bad things to say about them. The staff are SO friendly and are always willing to answer your questions. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but Rancho Cucamonga Smiles makes it not so bad 😀😀👌👌

Dr. Hsei is a wonderful dentist. I have been following him since he graduated from dental school many years ago. Great technical skills and a terrific attitude at all times is what I have come to expect from him and friendly staff. The best!

I first met Dr. Manal a little over 3 years ago after not going to a dentist in years. I was embarrassed and ashamed for neglecting to have regular dental check-ups and worried about how she was going to respond to me. I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past and growing up, so I expected the worse. I was relieved to be met with compassion and kindness from everyone in the office. Dr. Manal was so gentle and caring and even called me at home later that afternoon. I vowed to return to to fix a few teeth that needed immediate attention within 6 months.
Fast forward 3 years: I didn't return, although I fully intended to, and those teeth needed to be extracted. And I needed a deep cleaning. I was treated the exact same - with complete compassion and understanding. I promised that I would return and I will. Dr. Manal called me later that evening to check on me, just as she did then last time. The only difference was she added extra encouragement for me to return regularly because she did not want me to lose any more teeth. And this time I will. Thank you to the dental hygienist to did my deep cleaning - you were so patient with me. Thank you to the person who took my X-rays - you were so sweet. Thank you to the front desk and finance - you took the time to explain every detail and worked to get more from my insurance company! And thank you Dr. Manal for the good work .... again.

After conducting extensive study and research, I chose Dr. Manal Abdelkarim and her team at Rancho Cucamonga Smiles to take care of my elderly Mother and her oral healthcare needs. Dr. Abdelkarim did an incredible full mouth restoration that blew away the entire family. There’s a reason she’s the best in town! She’s an absolute perfectionist and insisted on ensuring my Mom’s expectations were exceeded. Her level of detail and service are unmatched. The entire office are very patient focused. We are lifers!

Always helpful and greeted with a smile. Waiting room is fine for a dentist office with water and a tv. Dr. Hsieh is an excellent dentist who will make you feel extremely comfortable. It's just a far drive for me. But worth it.

I can finally say I found a dental office I love. From the moment you walk in you can feel the positive energy. The front desks ladies were amazing and greeted me like I was a vip. Just minutes after checking in I meet Dr.Nouri, she walked me around the facility and introduces me to everyone and every room. I did a few x-rays with Erin and she was amazing. After that I met Natalie which was the hygienist and she gave me so many tips and tricks to help with my teeth/gums and to keep me on track. She also did my cleaning which was amazing. She even did this cool laser treatment to to kill any bacteria between teeth. During my cavity fills Dr. Nouri was amazing. I didn’t even know she gave me a shot to numb my gums. She just gave me instructions to close my eyes and hats when she gave me the shot that I didn’t even feel. Dr. Nouri and her assistant Myra were amazing thy kept asking if I was ok and to let them know if I needed anything during the fillings. And I also have to say thank you as well to Karolina she was the benefits coordinator which broke down all the prices for what work I needed done today. She was very sweet and funny which made me feel comfortable. And she didn’t try to sell or pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need. She even gave me a free little toothbrush travel kit. The entire office was amazing and I can’t wait to come back just to see everyone. You truly feel like a vip in this office. I will be recommending this place to everyone and anyone I know. Can’t wait to come back to get more work done. They even have a great music playing throughout the building. Can’t wait for my 6 months to be here.

Staff is extremely friendly and professional. I’m afraid of going to the dentist, but they make you comfortable to ease the anxiety. I highly recommend this office.
