The dental assistant, Diana, was lovely and wonderful and nice and she you could tell she was experienced and she went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable. The dentist was more like a quack. He refused to give me enough Novocaine to numb my mouth and then worked on my tooth so I was in a little bit of pain and he wouldn't stop to give me more. He just was not concerned about that and then he didn't double check to make sure that my teeth were even so he had to come back in again to level out my teeth so that I can actually close my my teeth properly. So not impressed with the dentist but was very very impressed with the dental assistant.

The dental assistant was very nice and professional as well. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment sounded annoyed when I told her I had Partnership insurance. She made my appointment after informing me of services Partnership doesn’t pay for, like crowns. She was not friendly at all and it made nervous for the appointment. I was worried the doctor would be that way too. He was fine, thank goodness. Very professional and accommodating.

Dr. Lee, is in my opinion a very good dentist. He does good work and doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need. I have been there several times now, the most recent time he did a root canal and then a temporary crown. I will be getting a permanent crown in May.

Very nice. They were able to get me an appointment on super short notice (like one or two days). I did wait for about an hour in the lobby, but that was expected since it was a very short notice appointment. They were very nice and knowledgeable.

I am very pleased with Dr. Lee’s work and staff! Kristy and Janelle are very friendly, helpful and explain what work Dr. Lee will be doing. My son had been seen at Shasta Community for over 9 months to get his cavities filled, each appointment they would do a “checkup” without cleaning or filling his cavities which left us having to make another 3 month out appointment. I spoke with Kristy and she was able to get my son in within the next week. She did x-rays, Janelle did a cleaning and Dr. Lee filled two cavities! We are both very happy with our dental visit!

Dr Lee’s office was amazing- my father in law really needed to be seen and Dr Lee’s office got him in the next morning. Since my father in law only speaks Spanish I brought my nephew to translate, to my surprise the receptionist spoke Spanish and was able to assist us in helping my father in law make an informed decision. Dr Lee’s office also referred us to another place for dentures. I would recommend Dr Lee to everyone!! Great Service, fast, friendly, and reasonably priced.
