So i havent been to a dentist for about 8 yrs due to bad experiences and this one didnt help. Other staff was very nice but the dentist himself was yelling at his staff repeatedly which i heard and he didnt walk me through what a filling entails at all. I had 3 done. Just telling me he was giving me shocks to numb my mouth would have been nice. I said only one side of my face felt numb. Luckily the not completely numb side did turn out to be probably mostly numb cuz i was able to bear through the pain. Half of one of my fillings fell out 2 days later. The side that was really numb didnt wear off til 5 hours after i got home. Just for your own fyi if your wondering how long it can last. I wish i would have asked or had been told. I had no idea my teeth would be so sensitive with fillings i cant even have cold milk in my cereal. Anything cold gives serious pain.

Needed an emergency extraction on a Friday, called every dentist listed on my insurance. They got me right in and made it as easy as possible. While waiting in the waiting room, every customer that came in was known by staff and treated with kindness. I will return as a primary dentist for my family.

It seems that unless you have private insurance, you are not treated well at all. My entire crown had broken off, leaving me with a sharp-edged, literal shell of a molar. I was in a lot of pain, I couldn’t eat or even drink as the nerve was exposed....and if anyone has ever experienced nerve pain, even cold air can be excruciating. They brought me back and the dental assistant was pleasant, but the dentist Verbatim told me that since dentiCal doesn’t cover crowns anymore, my only option was to pay them $1000 cash, upfront for a crown because it was a cosmetic novelty. I explained that this certainly was not a novelty not cosmetic, I could eat on that side, I could even let liquids touch anywhere around the entire side of my damaged tooth & the sharp ragged edges were cutting my tongue & swollen gums. I was in tears when in less than 3 minutes he’d told me it was $1000 or absolutely nothing. At least the dental assistant came in and suggested buying temporary cavity replacement putty from Walgreens, saying that it’s basically the same stuff they would have used for a temporary crown. I have now been using this temporary crown putty, repeatedly as it immediately falls apart within a day or two of applying, for the last month. Finally found numerous other places that will help, just have to deal with the 1-3 month waiting period. This place is underhanded, they tell you that there is no other option but to give them $1000 (cash only) for help. Horrible customer service. Reported to the BBB

Long wait to get an appointment. Long wait in waiting room. Once in the dental chair, very good, explaining details and possibilities. Then gets down to business - no fooling around!
It was a good experience all around.
I would recommend him to a friend.

Very polite and professional! I had a bad toothache, they took an x-ray and refered me to an oral surgeon to put me under to take care of it.

this office went out of their way to get me in even though i wasn't a regular patient. they diagnosed me quickly, weren't able to meet the diagnosis (because i needed oral surgery), but still took care of my needs, and answered any question i had. very professional and to the point.

I have never had worse experiences . he’s the toughest dentist I have ever encountered and does not communicate he will just go in for shots and not tell the patient what treatment he’s doing first . Four fillings he did had to be taken out and made crowns which should of been taken care of in the first place . He couldn’t get me numb and proceeded to blame my birth control I have heard the same story from 2 other friends of him doing this as well . no problems anywhere else . He’s in such a hurry he hurts you officially have ruined my mouth from him . Would never recommend this guy .
