Searched on google for a dentist for someone without insurance. Found this place, and they saw me literally two days later. As someone who doesn't like to go to the dentist, this place made me feel at home. Staff was very helpful and nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have a huge fear of the dentist and Dr. Sandu, Rachel and all the hygienist are so amazing and do everything they can to put me at ease. My fear has fadedover time because of them and I almost get excited to go just to see the crew. I'm moving to tahoe next month and will still be making the drive down to see them for my dentistry THAT IS HOW AMAZING THEY ARE!!! If your not going to Dr. Sandu your missing out!!!!

I have had horrible experiences in the past and I have to say. This whole office made me feel so safe and well cared for. They have taken the time with me and are so kind. Rachel is the front office person and will quickly become a person you wish you were friends with. Dr Sandhu and her assistant ware so gentle and caring and made this very long hard process not so scary. Thank you all so much. Won’t go anywhere else again.

This isn't my first time in their clinic and my experience has always been pleasant. She is always careful and procedures were very well explained before going ahead with the treatment. The clinic is very clean which adds comfort to your visit.

I went in for my first time yesterday (October 1, 2018). I met the front desk clerk, Jody, in person. She is very friendly and really helpful! I spoke with her on the phone a few days before my appointment, and she helped me understand more information about my dental insurance. I met the Dentist, Dr. Sandhu, and her assistant, Angel. They are both wonderful and very friendly! Angel did X-Rays for my teeth (so there are pictures of my teeth in the system) and Dr. Sandhu cleaned my teeth (I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned). Dr. Sandhu also informed me what are best practices for my teeth (such as making appointments within a reasonable time to keep my oral hygiene well and my teeth healthy). I was also informed that one of my teeth's nerves has a small abscess/infection. That is very helpful for me, and I was recommended to see an Endodontist (because it's a front tooth) to suggest what I should do with the tooth's nerve (very likely a root canal). Yet that is very highly suggested, because I've been informed that if I don't treat it, there's a chance that the tooth may fall off (I don't want that happening; in other words, a root canal will save that tooth). So I'm very appreciative that this has been suggested to me by Dr. Sandhu.
In summation, I highly suggest that you check out GKS Family Dentistry, since the dentist, Dr. Sandhu, is really experienced at what she does, and everyone I met, (Dr. Sandhu, Jody & Angel) are very pleasant and very friendly as well =)

He was ashamed and scared to face it, but the GKS team were very understanding. The explained everything in great detail and did not make him feel badly about it. I first came on a New years day. No one would take me or they were closed. I was in sooo much pain. Dr. Sandhu got me in right away. It was such a relief. I have been going to her ever since. My husband started going to Dr. Sandhu this year during Covid after not seeing a dentist since 1996. Their office has been very clean, professional and amazing. They are proactive on covid prevention. I am very grateful for this Dental office.
