Office was very clean, sterile & up to date. Staff was accommodating and very knowledgeable and friendly. I especially liked how they explained throughly what they were about to do. Exceptional experience. Our new family dental practice!

Billed me for a periodontal cleaning I was not scheduled for, then informed me that they will no longer ALLOW me to schedule the cleanings that are covered fully by my insurance.

From the moment you walk in, the entire office staff (Mike, Chanel, Cindy, Tori) is​ professional, warm and welcoming! There are several amazing dentists, but we go to Dr. Romi Patel and he is awesome! He is caring, highly clinical, and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. One of the dental assistants, Ms. Merle is also a family favorite with her courteous, kind, and sweet demeanor. Our son goes to Dr. Ameri for his braces and we have been extremely pleased with her work. Everyone is so patient with our 3 children. They are upfront about estimated costs for required work, and they are so thorough with explaining everything that they recommend. Pleasant Grove Dental also has the latest and greatest in dental technology and done by the best in their fields. For those of you in search of a family dentistry, or even have a fear of going to the dentist, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them!

Your manager or office manager, the male version of Karen, needs to learn RESPECT. How dare you talk to customers with such attitude? I mean seriously, he should STAY AWAY from EVERYONE. I'm blown away I dont even know what to say, he has no business treating people the way he did.

Best dental office that I have ever been to. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for 8 years and my son the same amount of time. He now is half way through his braces treatment with Dr Lena and we could not be happier with the service we receive everytime we go to the office.

I started going to PGD back in 2018. Dr. Ameri is a very sweet and kind orthodontist. She calls almost every woman “Pretty”. Her assistant Chanel is one of the best. She has helped me so much with my ortho transfer back into their office when I returned a couple months ago. She spent a lot of time trying to work on my new contract with her manager to help me as much as they could being a former patient of theirs. They really do care. If I may add, Chanel makes any Appointments/reschedules a breeze even when she’s super busy. They’re office is always clean and always has happy staff on all the time. My husband and 3 year old has also been attending their office. My son was so comfortable on his first cleaning with Dr. Patel. His hygienist was very patient with him. He was so excited about his balloon they gave him . Kept him occupied for hours. They are always accommodating and you can just tell they really go above and beyond to provide great customer service. I’m glad to be back to their office

Amazing modern dental office with great staff and amazing prices. I needed a root canal on my #3 tooth and have no dental insurance. After calling several specialists price became a large factor. Pleasant grove dental gave me the cheapest cash rate quote in town which had me slightly skeptical at first, but my opinion quickly changed the day of my procedure. Between the wonderful staff and the painless, swift work the endodontist and dentist performed I quickly became a fan. I now have an all porcelain crown that they made in 15 minutes, that fits great, and looks extremely natural. Can't thank these guys enough, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I just want to say how much I appreciate Dr. JOESTING. I have always been nervous about going to the dentist. I am 77 years young and this is the first time I feel truly confident in my dentist. He is very thorough and listens to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr Joesting.

All staff were exceedingly friendly, helpful and professional. They got me back in a very timely fashion. Dr. Beaty met with me, introduced herself, and gave me the opportunity to express any questions or concerns I may have. Also, thank you to the manager, Mike, for providing excellent service. I felt I was in good hands the entire time. I will be back here in 6 months most definitely!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Patel for years. He is a phenomenal dentist and practices with integrity. I guarantee you will have a hard time finding a better staff, more amazing dental technology, and a nicer guy. Our outdoor education teaching jobs have landed us great distances from Roseville, but we can't imagine another dentist and always manage to find our back every 6 months. Keep up the great work!
