Sunrise Family Dentistry

I was in a bind. My dog got a hold of my partial and destroyed it. With the insurance that I had they were going to charge me more than it would cost with no insurance. I called in to stop my insurance but I still wouldn't be able to get a tooth for weeks. And it was one of my teeth right next to my front tooth.

I looked online under cheap dentist, Sunrise Family Dentistry came up. I called them and they were very accommodating. They said to come in the next morning for a better price than it would've been at the dentist I was at and that they would have it to me in a couple of days. I went in the next morning and everyone was amazing! The staff was so friendly!! And, I ended up getting my tooth the very same day!! And it turned out beautiful:) I highly recommend Sunrise Family Dentistry, and I definitely will be going back.

Went in today with tooth abscesses and in severe pain. they took xray and said it would be 1,500 for extraction and 1,700 if we finance. Would not give anything for pain he only prescribed antibiotics. Receptions was absolutely rude and unprofessional she had loud country
music playing in the waiting room. You
couldn't even hear yourself think over how loud the music she then insinuate that we could not afford our prescription because we are hispanic patient and she slap a Good rx card on top of his prescription slip.

All I can say is WOW!! Came in on a Saturday for an impacted wisdom tooth that pressed against another tooth and needed them both pulled. I was told by two other dentists that I would need oral surgery and be under sedation. Dr Al came in with confidence and competence numbed it up and pulled both teeth. I was in the chair less than an hour! He also was able to fix a chipped front tooth. Can’t even tell it was ever chipped. Felt a few tugs and he stepped away and said all done. I’m still in shock how easy it was as my other wisdom teeth weren’t as impacted and it took waaaaaay longer. Thank you Dr Al!! Of yea the office staff were great too.

I always have had a positive experience, the work is excellent and I have never run into any bad experiences, which you can with other dentists. I have been a patient at least 4 years, and have all different types of dental work extensive work as well as a simple cavities. I really recommend Sunrise Family Dentistry. Sandy the Hygienist is GREAT! by the way.

I can’t say enough about this dentist office! The front is so helpful figuring out your insurance and appointments. The hygienist was so thorough and cleaned my teeth without hurting me🙌 The Dr was very friendly. I have found my new family dentist

If I could give more than 5 stars , I would!!!! I have severe dental anxiety, the whole office took their time with me , explained everything where I could understand it and even gave me time to recoup myself and "talk me down" I was a horrible mess but I left comfortable, smiling and pain free. I would and will recommend to everyone. I honestly wish I would have went sooner and not waited so long. Please don't hesitate to give their office a call. From the Front Office to the back office to the provider you'll have a wonderful experience .

My journey with Sunrise Family Dentistry began over a year and a half ago. I had an emergent need around 10 p.m. on a work day and was desperately trying to find a dentist to help with my situation. Even though everyone had left for the day about an hour earlier, they still pulled a team together to take care of my emergency. Unfortunately my emergency need has been a year and a half long ordeal only due to the nature of the problem NOT the dental work itself. Because of this, I've developed a great relationship with the whole team. Dr. Al is the best dentist. He is kind, very good at explaining the procedures and does excellent work. It really helps put one at ease especially when the idea of going to the dentist is your worst fear. The whole staff is amazing. Stephanie who works in the front office is just as caring and really makes you feel like a part of the family. Having the ability to make weekend appointments is very accomodating when you work 40 hours Monday thru Friday. Because I've had to have several appointments, I have also been able to observe their interaction with other patients, which is always professional but also very personal and positive so it's not just due to the fact that I've been coming here for so long that I feel so welcomed and well taken care of, they do this for everyone. I highly recommend Sunrise Family Dentistry for all your dental needs.

I had a dental emergency over a weekend. I went in and was seen by Dr. Nan. He said I needed a crown. After he delivered the crown it came off in less than a week. He put it back on and it came off TWO more times! Then his office said I needed an implant after charging me over $700.00 for the crown. I got a second opinion and found that his work was faulty. I didn't need an implant at all. I had the crown done properly by a competent dentist. I requested a refund from Sunrise. They have yet to refund me and Author the office manager is hiding and refusing to return my calls. I'm calling the California State Board of Dentistry to file a complaint.

Al does incedible work and is very talented. I will forever be a patient with him.
