Exceptional wraparound services. Been seeking an explanation of chronic symptoms for several years and shuffled around from doctor to doctor with no answers. That was until I met Allison Spencer FNP and the staff. Medical, Mental health, dental services and support team have done more for me in the last three months then the 10 doctors and specialists I’ve been sent to in the last five years. Support services are above and beyond! Thank you everyone at Hill country, very passionate and considerate-They take the extra time to listen and care about their patients

Its mediocre at best.

People: Everyone they employ is nice and courteous.

Availability: They used to have a service where too many rings led to a call back. Now its a voicemail. And they don't call back anymore.

Service: They are clinically understaffed with NPs. Getting an appointment is usually 6wks minimum in between visits. And even if you have chronic illnesses that would require obvious follow ups, you can only have the NP him/herself schedule it at the end, so you can't try and get a regular one. THREE MONTHS is typical waiting time, which having lived in Europe is more typical of socialized medicine (seeing a line instead of seeing a bill).

Chiro specifically: They have Chiro's that are 'low impact' and have sparse availability, meaning you can't do twice a week which would off-set how this technique only provides relief for about 72hrs max.

Frankly, the locum NPs are more thorough and well trained.

Summary, again -- really nice people. I'm sure its hard to convince qualified technicians in any field to permanently relocate to Redding. The facilities are clean and everyone is nice. But if they just fixed the above, they'd have had a higher review.

I went to see doctor Nelson for a composite that broke He got me in within a week even though they were slammed and shorthanded And he did the best job on my composite that I've ever had This is the 4th time I've had it done.
All of the staff are very professional I quit going to my other dentist and will only see doctor Nelson in they're Nelson in Round Mountain and Redding at the hope clinic good job all of the staff

Excellent Staff who are here to help people and guide people to get the best results in their overall health care. They have many options for helping people with transportation, pharmacy issues, call reminder or text and email reminders. I love going here myself, no judgement from the doctor's and staff. It's always friendly yet professional. My kids love going to the dentist here, and have had no bad experiences! The dentist are gentle and comforting for kids and adults, the only Heath Care Office I would recommend!

If you think the medical care is bad at Round Mountain, try Humboldt county!! "Deadwood Medical", is what we call them.

I have been going to Hill country for 20 years. Unfortunately over the last couple of years the reliability and bed side manner has been lost in these offices. Most recently I had scheduled four appointments for dental cleanings. The hygienist I was scheduled with canceled my first appointment only a couple of days before. I understood to a point because they went to cover for another hygienist at the redding clinic. Today I got another call that my second appointment in a week from now would have to be canceled or rescheduled again. I have a job where I have to request any days off at least 3 weeks prior (pretty standard).I have no idea how an office can be so unreliable and expect their patients to stay with them. I understand these are hard times but this is just ridiculous and I will not be going back to an office that can be so inconsiderate and unreliable.

This clinic is amazing. The staff really care about all their patients. Yes, they are busy and the wait to get an appointment can be tough, but it's worth it!! The long waits are because there are so many people that want to come here. There are dental services, standard medical services, and even behavioral health. For a clinic in a rural setting they are all up to date on the latest technologies and the facility is very well kept. I would recommend anyone come here for their whole person care.

After leaving the dental clinic it took maybe 10 minutes for my temporary crown to fall off driving home. I immediately left a message for a call back. It was a late appointment and the clinic was closed. Realize, I was told to call if that temporary fell off. They didn't have much faith in it either . I called again the next morning at 8:00 leaving a message to please call. I had tooth pain where the root canal was suppose to be plus had lost the temp. I realized that Wednesday the clinic had a meeting until 10;00 am. i called again a little after 10:00 and left another message. it was getting late in the day, I live 45 minutes from the clinic. I called and left another message. Finally, I had it. I called and left a message to cancel the crown they may have ordered and that I wouldn't be coming back. I even called the main health clinic to make sure the dental dept was staffed that day and they didn't answer their phone either! I went to another dentist. When I got home I saw that they left a message for me late in the afternoon, only because I was so mad at my last message.

I've been calling the dental office every couple days for over a month and I am still un-able to get an appointment. I call exactly when they tell me too twice a week. (They dont have any full time dentist here) I'm going to have to change dentists now so I can actually see a dentist. This place is so un-organized and impossible to get into. They pulled my tooth months ago and I have to keep walking around looking like a crackhead because I cant even get an appointment for a filling that I need to be able to get an appointment to replace the tooth. I'm so angry and frustrated at how poorly ran this place is. I would really avoid choosing this place as your dental office if you have a choice. The medical office is great though.
