This place is amazing. The Doctors, Therapist, & staff were all very nice and accommodating. I was treated very well was seen in a timely fashion. I would recommend this place to anyone who has medical, Dental, and/or counseling needs. There approach to health care is both innovative and holistic.

An absolute terrible experience, we were told to be there at 9:30 we arrived at 9:10 checked in and were told the doctor would be right with us, we were not seen until 11:00. And on top of having to wait nearly 2 hours, the dentist Chris nelson was absolutely clueless. He had no knowledge of children's dentistry. Literally all he did was put a mirror in my daughters mouth and told us she has cavities.

My doctor, Dr. Holscher, moved from Lassen Medical to Hill Country and said I would be able to continue seeing her at Hill Country. When I called to make an appointment they said I might be able to see her next year because they had too many MediCal patients for her to see. I am not a MediCal patient and was deeply disappointed that they would not honor her commitment to me. Now I have to find another doctor and start all over again!!! I am 72 years old and it is difficult to have to begin building a rapport with a new doctor.

It has been my experience that the doctors do not care about their patient's. Medications are not ordered medication refill requests from pharmacies are ignored for days and weeks at a time. This happens with all different types of medications.

My family has been a patient of Hill Country's for years. The quality of care received is below par, the office is dirty (in the exam rooms specifically), and they do not handle referrals properly. If you can avoid them, I would.

Dr Franchek is a joke im seriously considering a medical malpractice lawsuit. Her level of care is a joke at most. Husband is there today for a 340 appt just called me its 510 still hasn't been seen.

Hill country is the best clinic in the area. They are caring, friendly and they get you in to see someone if you need to see someone right away. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Hill Country clinic staff, you guys are the best.

Great doctors! Can't speak highly enough of Dr. Dipaolo or Eric. They are there to help you! I haven't been going to the doctor's for years because I've never found one that's willing to help or not tell me some bull$#&" until I came to hill country. Very knowledgeable and understanding so glad I found this place.

The Hill Country in Round Mountain is by the worst doctors office ever. Over 2 hour waits and poor services. I understand we are in harsh times but this place is a joke. Been here on time and it still takes hrs. I have never been anywhere this bad

No others Drs around like this..... Truly amazing.......total blessing finding this place .... Dr Bennett needs an award , cares so much the compassion is unreal. Jolene is kind with such a warm heart. If it wasn't for this place I would have been on methadone forever
