This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the comprehensiveness and friendliness of Dr. O and all staff members with which I interacted.

I always leave Soft Touch Dentistry feeling like I just visited my family. From the warm welcome as you walk in to the genuine thank you as you walk out, the staff really appreciate me as a customer. They truly do have a special soft touch and it shows with each visit.

Had another great experience at Soft Touch Dentistry. Dr Owyoung is great, staff is always so pleasant and efficient, and Keri did a great job cleaning my teeth as usual. And after I inquired, I even went home with a great deal on an Oral B electric toothbrush. Thanks, Soft Touch Dentistry!

I really love everyone at Dr. Owyoung's office. When I initially came into the office I was terrified. I had not been to the dentist in many years and I was scared of dentists. One day I forced myself to go a dentist and I looked around for someone that I thought would understand my fears. I went to the office and was put at ease right away. They told me what they were doing every step of the way and even gave me a stress ball. I have been going ever sense and love it. They have done an amazing job with my teeth and has helped me overcome my fears. I actually like going to the dentist. All the staff from the front desk to Dr. Owyoung is outstanding. If you're fearful don't wait, give them a try and let them restore your smile.

I went into the office without an appointment but was in a lot of pain. Dr.O squeezed in some time in his schedule to take care of me. I left the office in a much better mood. Thank you so much Soft Touch team for working with me.

Keri is a wonderful hygienist. She's friendly, funny and very thorough and so gentle. Lucy is knowledgeable about the insurance and helpful with how to plan the best work for your insurance dollar. Thanks!!

Kerri has been my dentist for about 8 years plus. And let’s face it, nobody loves to go to the dentist. But let me tell you this. If it went for her, Dr. Owyoung, Velma, and a couple of other staff I can’t recall at this moment, I would hate to go. The staff always welcome you by your name and ask me how my family is doing (my whole family attends there from 13 years plus). There’s no place I’d rather go. I have been coming to this place since I was 7 years old, currently 25 years old. That should tell you something. I love my dentist and she has put up a lot with me and my terrible flossing! I look forward going to my appts because I get treated like a friend, a family member, and every time it’s nothing but smiles and laughs with Kerri. She’s the best! Thank you Dr. Owyoung for taking care of us not only as your clients but as a family member.
