If I could give more than 5 stars I truly would. I've been to dentists in the past who have tried to con me into getting unnecessary dental procedures based on inconclusive findings, but not here. Dr. Patel was straightforward and I never felt pressured to get any treatment that I did not originally come in for. Everything I had done was covered by my insurance which to me is the biggest surprise and blessing because every dentist I had visited in the past would claim that my teeth required deeper cleaning which wasn't covered by insurance, but not here. I didn't pay a dime. The dental hygienist and the receptionist were both delightful and kind and caring. The dental hygienist made sure I was comfortable the entire cleaning and she took her time and did a good job. She said my gum measurements were borderline-high which is something I had been told before, and I was worried she'd ask me to do additional expensive procedures, but she didn't. All she said was to floss better to prevent my gums from getting worse and she showed me flossing techniques. The receptionist helped me schedule my next appointment in 6 months and even gave me a free new patient gift bag. I cannot mention enough how grateful I am that I found Stonebrook Dental and that they are covered by my insurance.

I highly recommend Stonebrook Dental. I have not been to a dentist in over 15 years due to anxiety and past dental experiences, but when I started to experience sever tooth pain I needed to find a dentist. I chose Stonebrook Dental based on all the positive reviews I read and I am very glad I did. Everyone made me feel welcomed and at ease, I felt that my care was in good hands of experienced and caring people. They seen to me quickly and I am extremely happy to no longer have tooth pain. Stonebrook Dental will definitely be my go-to dentist from now on and I will be highly recommending them to friends and family. Stonebrook Dental provided an amazing first experience for me as a new patient. Every single employee I came in contact with was kind, professional, and personable (and I put kind first for a reason). I have had horrendous experiences with dental offices in the past and I was actually stunned at the level of care and service I was provided throughout my entire appointment. Dr. Le, Jenn, and the entire staff at Stonebrook Dental are simply wonderful. Highly recommend.

I loved this place and my hygienist Franny, very thorough and detailed on her work. If I have questions, she takes time to explain the answer. She talks and treat me as a family.

I give 5 stars to Franny but zero to the receptionist. I called in the morning and she just answered the phone like not in the office. She should at least say "good morning and how may I help you"? She just said hello and what is the reason for your call? Even when I was in the office while at the waiting area, she answered phone calls like that.
I recommend that your receptionist needs training to be more caring, simple and nice words meant a lot to most people.

I was on a hunt for a Dental Place that also did cosmetic work. It didn’t take me but 4 places to call and look into, until I ran across Stonebrook Dental! My gut just told me this is the place, to look no further. And right from the start, as in entered in the building, I was warmly greeted. And they were very informative to all of my questions and needs. I am so glad I chose this Dental Office. I am more than pleased with them.

I love my dentists office. I have never had a more personable dentist office, from the front desk check in to the dental hygienist to the interactions with the dentist. The hygienist was very gentle with my teeth, and I appreciated the casual banter while she was doing the cleaning. I highly recommend!

This office and crew so far have been the best dental office by far out of all the ones I've ever gone too through out the years...great service always, I had a severe pain issue over the weekend and notified them via text message, they contacted me first thing Monday morning and I was seen within the hour of them opening up. Hopefully they keep up the great job.

My husband and I have been coming to this dentist a little over two years. They have excellent customer service at every single dentist appointment. They always accommodate my husband and I to our busy schedule. Highly recommend it!

I had a bad experience with the last dentist I went to and kinda gave up on the dentist in general. I decided to give them a second chance and I went to stonebrook and boy did they change my mind. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. The doctor wasn't aggressive when working on my mouth which is always a pleasure. I would recommend this place if you're unhappy with your current dentist.

I’ve got the worst anxiety when it comes to dental offices and treatment, I’ve been coming to Stonebrook since March of 2022 when I had ZERO insurance coverage. They informed me of various financing options and ways to get the care I needed as well as being understanding of my fears and catering to my needs. When I tell you I’ve never felt comfortable at the dentist until now, there’s nothing about this office and the staff that I don’t love. Vivian in the front is the SWEETEST, as well as the other ladies working up front. Jen helped me come up with a plan to get treatment in a way that wasn’t overwhelming and financially manageable, as well as going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Dr. Patel is the most amazing Dr I have ever seen. He reassured me that I was okay and everything would work out! He saved a tooth I thought was going to be removed, he set up a reasonable treatment plan over the course of a year, and went above and beyond to make sure I was COMFORTABLE before starting any procedures. I don’t remember the name of my oral surgeon who did my wisdom teeth extraction but he is just as amazing as Dr. Patel and the rest of the staff. I literally could not say more amazing things about this office and the people inside of it. Please consider this office when choosing where to get the proper care, you won’t regret it one bit.
