As a health professional myself I am very impressed with care and attention I have received. You can tell the office staff cares about each their job and the patient experience. Dr. Purps has a unique and thorough approach that I’ve never seen before and very much appreciate.

After many years as a patient, this is where our story ends. Over the years, I overlooked how badly Dr. Purps treated her staff and talked down them. I ignored being surprised by $900 bills because I needed the work and could afford it. I ignored being blamed when the dental work I received needed revisions or failed because "I bite too hard".

Our relationship ended when I showed up for an appointment and found out it was canceled. Instead of handling it with the attitude of "how can we fix this", I was met with, "we left you a message... we can't control ATT.... you are having an issue with your cell phone". After I left the office, Dr. Purps called me personally a few days later, not to try and fix the simple issue, but to insist that her staff left me a message and I was wrong.

How dumb!

How hard is it to say, "I'm so sorry; I have no idea what happened. Let's get you back on the schedule and fix this.

It's ok to make a mistake, these things happen, and I respond well to accountability, but it's not ok to gaslight me.

Dr. Purps is an amazing dentist! She has an amazing team, great office and her work is unmatched. She takes the time to do what's best for her patients long term health and does not cut corners. She goes above and beyond and has bailed me out more than once with last minute emergencies. Her office features the best technology and equipment allowing her to deliver the best standard of care available. You are in good hands with Dr. Purps and her team!

Absolutely the best dentist I’ve been to in my life. Dr Purps is incredible, she takes time with you and really wants to educate and inform you before jumping into drilling and working on your teeth. I’ve felt great with all the work she has done. Her office staff is lovely and communicative. Highly recommend!

Love love Dr. Purps and all her staff! We are new to the area and did a lot of research locating a new dentist and Dr. Purps and her staff have exceeded all our expectations! Dr. Purps is extremely knowledgeable and spends a great deal of time explaining options and procedures thoroughly and is very patient-focused on needs and goals that work for the patient. They are also amazing helping to sort through insurance and co-pays and planning procedures and appointments accordingly. Dr. Purps and her staff are always upbeat and have a way of making you feel like you are always their priority!!! Highly recommend them to anyone!!!

Dr. Purps is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, proficient, a perfectionist and artist. She cares so much about her patients' outcomes - she is phenomenal. Her staff, Marcia, Darren and Beverly are all wonderful too. The office has all the latest equipment and the atmosphere inside is super relaxing & calming. Dr. Purps is very knowledgeable, explains well, thorough and handled my emergency with compassion, expertise, and efficiency. She went above and beyond in the care she provided. We actually enjoyed going to the dentist with her professionalism and she was so personable. The office is amazing - with an atmosphere that is calming and inviting. I had my first appointment today and it was an incredible experience! Dr. Purps is passionate about her career and that passion is evident in the way she runs her practice (and her infinitely continuing education). The office itself is a relaxing haven from the typical “dental mill” so prevalent in our culture, complete with calming light, comfortable furniture, and a warm and welcoming staff. I spent more time speaking with with Dr. Purps today about my overall dental and jaw health than I've ever spent with a dentist before. I’m so excited to see where we go from here, but I can already tell she’ll earnestly work with me to restore optimal oral health.
