North Park Modern Dentistry is the best dentist I have ever been to! All of the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible! You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and I always feel so comfortable and well taken care of :) I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, but I know I’m in the best of hands when I go see Dr. Holy and her fantastic team! They are truly amazing!

I had the best cleaning experience today with Monica! I really appreciated their technique. My last dentist used a very aggressive cleaning style with severe pain just about the entire time, so it was refreshing to get a different, much better style this time around and I'm confident it was equally effective! Thank you!

I started coming to this office from when they just opened, course they were top notch and high but reasonable prices. So few hick ups here and there my wife’s cavity was fixed in the wrong tooth, she ended up going abroad to get that taken care off. Inflated prices at the day of the visit, basically you are quoted one price and at the day of visit there is extra $300 for you to pay, sorry. You get 7min of doctor time, but your bill is 100% charged at the doctors rate. Front desk people, to say the least have to be a bit more professional, I always thought, professional practice shall be professional and represent what it stands for. Very disappointed with recent price gauging… no mass

Just moved to the area and couldn't be happier with my new dentist! Dr Holly and Brea were awesome = easy to talk to, gentle with the procedures, and thoughtful with billing and insurance coverage. Will def be returning (every 6 months lol)

Worst dentist experience of my life. They canceled an appointment I’d been waiting over a month for two days prior. They numbed the wrong side of my face for treatment and I had to return on a Saturday morning. They billed incorrectly and I had to pay out of pocket a year later. The front desk people are unprofessional and I had pain from a crown replacement six months after the visit. Avoid this place at all costs.

I will not be coming back. Be careful of the charges they will try to add on to your visits without explanation. They tried to charge me over $300 for a maintenance visit and when I inquired, they removed some “laser” treatments to bring the total to $79. I already got negative feelings from my previous two visits and should’ve listened to my gut and found a different practice. Unfortunate since the hygienists are nice and do a good job, but the front office and billing is deceptive and unorganized.

My personal experience with north park modern dentistry was not so good. The problem is that the staff is constantly changing; turnover must be high. Another problem I had was the fact that I can never get ahold of the actual office. The call goes to an answering service in which you think is the office. So the last straw for me was when modern dentistry asked to have my appointment moved from 8:30 to 10:30am, I accepted. The day of the appointment and arriving at 10:30am, they said I was late and the appointment was at 10am. The funny thing is, is that I called that same morning and confirmed with their call center for 10:30am. I took a day off work for this long awaited appointment to be inconvenienced by their incompetence. I’m upset with north park modern dentistry because I hold a high standard with honesty. If you can lie about something so minute, what else can you lie about. I hope this review will help others from going through what I had to.

Everyone from the gals doing x-rays to the hygenist team are amazing and Dr. Holly is the best. They make going to the dentist easy. Highly recommend!
