My mom and I both come here and love it! Dr Nguyen and her team are amazing and super focused on providing a great patient experience.

My mom dealt with a lot of tooth pain and after going on a treatment plan, they were able to fix all of her issues over the course of a year. She always raves about her cleanings and how nice the staff is.

After seeing how well they treated my mom, Dr Ngyuen became my new Dentist. If you’re looking for a great dentist in SF, this is the place to go.

Polite, efficient. Dentist Aja Hall describes herself as a perfectionist, I would say true artist. Team is upbeat and communicative. I felt like I understood the costs, benefits and risks of all the procedures they proposed. I highly recommend.

Everybody at the office took very good care of me. They were very informative and patient. Shout out to Dr.Nguyen, Josh & Bobbie.

This review is long overdue. In November of 2019, I saw Dr. Aja Hall for a consultation for 4 porcelain veneers. From the start, I could tell she was very passionate about her work and she was really patient with answering all my questions about my proposed treatment plan. I can honestly say, proceeding with having the veneers done was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I have gained so much confidence and I never stop smiling. I moved from San Francisco a few years ago and other dentists and hygienists have complemented on how beautiful my veneers are! Dr. Hall is super friendly, understanding of your goals, and incredibly skilled. I have also interacted with Bobby at the front desk on several occasions. She is super helpful and very accommodating. I recently broke one of my retainers. I contacted Dr. Hall’s office and the next day Bobby called me right away willing to help me get my retainer replaced. Dr. Hall and her team are such a pleasure to work with. If I ever need any cosmetic dentistry, I will be coming back here!

I've had two appointments with Designing Smiles and I cannot say enough good things about this team! Bobbie, the front desk manager, is incredibly friendly. She's seriously so kind, knowledgable, and positive!! Christina and Dr. Nguyen are thorough, transparent, and have made my trips to the dentist as enjoyable as dental procedures can be;) They also have an incredible referral program so if it's your first time, find someone to refer you to receive a discount off your first visit:)

This place has been my consistent "go to" dentist for more than 8 years. I moved away from SF and still fly back to go to this dentist. Yes, they are that good. An office with beautiful views and even friendlier, caring, and extremely capable staff. HIGHLY recommend!!

Love this office for their friendly warm atmosphere. Easy to understand and complete explanations of any dental work recommended and why they recommend it. The office has the latest tech which makes visits quick and painless.

This is one of the best dentist I’ve had the experience to take care of my dental needs. I hate needles and she knows how to work around that without causing me any pain. Her staff is amazing and friendly. Up to date equipment is amazing. A screen to keep your mind occupied as your teeth is being worked on. There are so many wonderful things I list about her and the team as you might know if you have been to her office. If you haven’t, you should.

Happy to visit everybody at Designing Smiles. Yesterday was so exciting. Now that my implant base is strong, Dr Ngyen was able to start prepping for my new smile by fitting me with temporary teeth. Yay, no more flipper! (That is what we call my little old denture that I have misplaced too many times. In my eyeglass case, cup, robe pocket, bra... get my drift LOL )
Dr Ngyen is truly an artist. I am so happy with my temps. Such a great preveiw of whats to come.

So happy with the whole team at Designing Smiles. Felt something was wrong so I called Bobbie, and was in right away.
Dr Nguyen was and is awesome. Never felt this comfortable in a dental chair before.
Also, got a chance to check out the show, Schitts Creek. Very funny.
You know you are happy with your dentist if you can kick back and enjoy a show.

Revisited Dr Nguyen for my checkup and cleaning yesterday. Awesome no waiting service as usual. I mentioned to Dr Nguyen that I was concerned about the widening gap between my permanent tooth and my temporary tooth from my bone graph that is still heeling because my son’s wedding pictures were happening soon. The gap was definitely noticeable and I didn’t want it to show up in the photos.

Well, Dr Nguyen to the rescue. She worked her magic with some composite and Abracadabra, she reshaped the next tooth over to hide the gap. Thank you, thank you! Not worried about the pictures anymore.
I can hardly wait to go back and get my permanent new smile. 💕

Christina is by far the best hygeinist to ever take care me! She’s thorough, gentle, and always a joy to visit with.
