I used to not be able to sit on a dental chair before I would get so nervous/scared, but here at Smiles On Bristol with the welcoming staff and Dr. Kalantari I feel so comfortable because through my procedure all the steps were explained and all questions and concerns were answered. I went there once and was very happy when dealing with the lady at the front and the doctor himself. It was a great experience.
So I go back of course to work with him. But some smart mouth kid I think he said his name was Francisco, is just a little prick.
First I go on a Saturday. Hours posted on the door specifically saying they are open. But they're not. I call the emergency line as they say to if you have swelling, bleeding, or pain. I have all 3. And the guys answers and says sorry I can't tend to your emergency because I also have an emergency. Ok well what the hell is the point of an emergency line if there is no one there to help? So I get a lovely call back from the lady at the front and I return the call to get this rude kid Francisco who sounds like he's 15. Who interrupts me, asks me questions but won't let me finish an answer. And then when he sets an appointment and I say sure I'll call back if anything changes. He goes on to tell me "oh well it needs to be for sure because if someone calls I'm going to give them the appointment instead" ARE YOU SERIOUS? I just told you I was fine with it and even offered to call back if something changed. Like it's a surprise this guy still has business with this kid at the front desk acting like a prick turning away customers. I'm sorry I thought they would appreciate their customers but apparently not. Needless to say I went to a different dentist and will not EVER return to this one. And will continue to tell people how rude the kid was and persuade them not to go to this Dentist..
sorry doctor. You should hire more professional people in your front office.
