I was lead to this office in hopes to find help with my recent diagnosis of TMJ. Unfortunately, I found that the dentist does not have a very good understanding of TMJ and it’s symptoms. She did tell me that I either grind or clinch my teeth but that was about the extent of her knowledge. She didn’t look at my jaw at all and told me that dizziness was not a part of TMJ (I have since found many articles and individuals who would disagree). She then tries to charge me $800 for a mouth guard. I was able to find a very similar mouth piece for $120. On the plus side, the office was clean and attractively decorated. The staff were nice and helpful. She may be a good dentist but for TMJ she is not an expert.

Im a new patient, came in for free consult but had more than that. She explained my alternative and options very honestly. She grinded my tooth to even it out for free. Her professionalism is excellent. i surely appreciate her expertise.

I was lured here by 5 star reviews and they "bait and switch"(ed) my requested teeth cleaning for a consultation-then-clean. Not only was this a separate insurance billing, but their hygienist "didn't have time" to clean my teeth while I was all ready there, which defeated the purpose of the visit during a busy work week! (At first they tried to say it was my mistake to book a consultation but when I insisted that I requested a teeth cleaning they then changed their argument to say they don't clean teeth without first going through a consultation.)
PS - I understand a consultation for something major like a root canal, but definitely not something routine. Furthermore they said that my teeth had a lot of problems that don't line up with my dental history. So I don't think that these problems would appear so quickly since I regularly make dental visits.
