Alex H. Nguyen, DDS - Saratoga Dentist

I never was a fan of dentist or doctors in the past but i am a fan of Alex H Nguyen, DDS and his wonderful staff. I commute from the east bay to come and get my dental work. The service they provide is top notch! I would highly recommend them to family, friends and anyone in my circle to use their services.

I just want to say that going to the dentist is never at the forefront of someone's mind when they think of what they, "want," to do. And actually, if it wasn't something that you, "needed," to do in terms of keeping up with hygiene, I feel as though most people would avoid going for just their general fear of dentistry and self-consciousness.

This feeling is what kept me away from the dentist whenever I could avoid it, however Dr. Alex Nguyen's office is a game changer for me. The whole staff, front to back, is really amazing from all of their worker's: Dr. Alex himself, Stacy, Jacob, Steffany, and Louisa (think that's all of them) lol.

Moreover, the work I have had done through Dr. Alex is top of the line in cosmetic dentistry, and also top of the line in comfort from a dental office. The techniques the employees use there make the whole process from start to finish not only bearable, but also enjoyable in a way. I know for myself, I absolutely abhor getting shots from the dentist but Dr. Alex uses a technique that always astounds me because even though he says when the pinch will happen, it never does!

Most recently, I have been going through the process of correcting my smile with Invisalign, as provided through his office, and one of the main reasons I was doing this was so that I may fix embarrassing chips in my top two front teeth. Due to the way my bite was before, I couldn't have the chips corrected because my bite would have kept chipping the material they use to fill the chips, so I have left my smile broken since my teens. Today I was finally able to correct that with the help of Dr. Alex's beautiful artistry and the chips that once stained my self-confidence are no more! I actually almost cried due to the immense joy I felt from all the pain and fear I felt leaving my body as the self-conscious me was taken over by a more self-confident version of me; and this is only the beginning.

Dr. Alex, I would like to personally thank you from the depths of my heart for the gratitude I feel is all thanks to the wonderful work you and your crew do. To anyone, and I mean ANYONE, I cannot express how important dental work and dental hygiene is, but if you are looking for a great dentist to work with then Dr. Alex is most definitely the guy.

Always have had a good dental visit here! Well organized and friendly group of people. Very efficient with scheduling, waiting, and work done!

We believe Dr. Alex Nguyen is extraordinary and we wanted to share our experiences and observations of being his patients with everybody seeking doctor with great skills but also values like humility and compassion which are very important and so rare today.

We moved to California 3+ yrs ago. It's been our 5th big relocation around the world. Every time you arrive in a new place, sooner or later you are going to need and search for doctor. It was a few months after we arrived in CA when I got a toothache. It was bad. I started searching internet and made a list of doctors I wanted to call and ask for help. I realized quickly how important it was to have a good insurance because the first question they asked me was what insurance I have and who I work for. I work for a big company in bay area and I have the best insurance they offer.
Anyways, none of the doctors I contacted agreed to see me same or next day. The earliest appointment one dentist in Mountain View proposed was in two days. I waited these two long days and suffered a lot. The minute after we met he told me that my tooth is dying and he is not going to help me because this is not his speciality ! He gave me antibiotic he ordered to take immediately referred another dentist and rushed to see another patient. I was shocked because something like that had happened to me first time. The doctor he referred didn't want to see me.

I rushed back to the office to make another list of dentists in Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Los Gatos and Saratoga I could contact to seek help. Many of them were recommended by my coworkers. Half of my face at that time was already numb.

Only one doctor from the second list, Dr. Alex Nguyen agreed to see me same day. And imagine my surprise when Stacy (Dr. Alex's assistant) didn't ask about the insurance when heard my problem but ordered to come to see the doctor immediately and we shall worry about the insurance details later.

My tooth was rescued, antibiotic was changed to another one cause the one I received from doctor in Mountain View happened to be for a different type of bacteria. I was back in shape within a few days.
My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Alex since. It's been almost 3 years. I know him well enough to tell you one thing, he is not only an amazingly talented doctor but he is a good person. Always kind, always professional. Very noble men. We like him very much.

I will not write about his very nice office and relaxing music you can listen to in his praxis because this might not interest you much if you are looking only for the best dentist in the world. Dr. Alex is definitely one of them. We know it for certain.
