At 1077 4th street South Lake Tahoe California, Manager Kathy is a bad person. DONT COME HERE. I have a disability and I have been out of work for a while, I have not been able to pay the $70 I owe to them which I fully intend to pay. I’m at home with COVID and this DISRESPECTFUL woman comes from the front desk to my HOME . She proceeds to harass me about this bill and belittle me that I have not payed it yet. I dont even have my phone on and she felt the need to be so entitled, rude, and invade my privacy. She lingered for way longer than needed just so she can hear herself talk. DONT COME HERE. Will be contacting a manager once I have to ability to do so.

Worst dentist in Tahoe! Did a horrible job on my teeth and now I have to pay another dentist to fix his mistakes. I called twice for a refund and get nothing but defensive excuses about how it was done correctly. My filling is falling out and the root canal still has a hole where he didn’t fill it back in enough. Don’t go here!!!

This was my first visit to this dental office. I called and got an appointment pretty quickly. The work I was having done was not urgent but they fit me in. The staff seemed nice and once I saw the Dr he told me how they could help. We set up another appointment for the procedure and I was out of there in half an hour. I can update this review if needed, but so far so good.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cerceo's at Tahoe Family Dentists for many years now and have had nothing but excellent quality care and service! Dr. Cerceo is wonderful, and his staff are all very professional and go the extra mile to make sure I have a great experience, from booking an appointment to handling my insurance claim. Their Dental Hygienist, Michelle, is very thorough and gentle and always makes me feel comfortable. If there were more than five stars, I would give them an even higher rating!!

I love the staff and service that you're business provides. I've been coming there for 6 years now and always have had a good experience. I felt this time when I sat down in the chair that I was being sold a bunch of stuff right off the bat. Also every time I came in for a teeth cleaning they did the scraping and polishing at the same time for the same price. This time she scraped my teeth and told me I had to come in for another appointment to have them polished. I was a little disappointed that I feel like I'm getting nickeled and dimed and it's only been a year and several months since I've been in for my last cleaning. I feel if you are selling a teeth cleaning you should get the whole thing done at onetime and for the same price (unless your teeth are really bad). That's how it's always been at every dentist I've always gone to.

Used to love this place now they are just all about the $$$. Mult appts for teeth cleanings and polishings unnecessary and costs extra $.
